Thank you Coach BA. You are a wonderful blessing not just because of how you guide the Bucs to their winningest season but how you brought diversity to the club. And I personally think that’s your best legacy. I hate how media badly painted your relationship with TB. It may be true, it may be not. But regardless, it doesnt benefit the organization so I hope fans stop fighting with each other and just support the Bucs in pursuit of their 3rd Lombardi trophy.
I’ve only been engaged with the Bucs team in the past year and I’m stunned by this, but I wish Bruce the best in this transition.

I am glad he is staying with the franchise to help the team win by working the office to help find the best players possible. He did that this season with going to the trials and participating in the interviews and watching the players try out. I am happy he goes out a winner – the biggest winner in percentage in Tampa Bay’s history (Dungy is right behind him by just a little).
