Russel is in the position to make huge contributions . Especially as a slot man. If he can get on the same page with Brady, early and often, then Russel will put up his best numbers ever. Especially since Godwin won’t be 100% when the season starts.
Godwin could be ready by preseason would 7 months maybe get some reps in preseason

TB12 will when the MVP this year after being robbed the last two seasons and your going to help him get their. Remember after a touchdown, especially the last of the season, keep the ball, last one went for 500k.
Brady doesn’t think about it as a 1, 2, 3…option. He reads the D at the line and has a pretty good idea who has the best chance of getting open on any given route….he starts his route progression with the guy he figures most likely to get open. A guy like Russell going against the other team’s 3rd or 4th best cover guy – is going to get a lot of looks this season.
