i think the jags have a good shot of turning things around with doug and trevor.
Jags have to start drafting better first and foremost. So many first rd busts in the last 10 years it’s ridiculous.
Eagles fan here, it honestly feels like the jaguars are my team now, im so excited to see doug help this team out, hes gonna trust his players, a lot going on it for 4 th down, things that change the momentum of a game, I think trevor will be able to prove hes the guy. good things are coming for jacksonville.

Agreed. Won a ring with Green Bay as a player (SB XXXI) and won one in Philly as HC (SB LII). Came close to winning another one as a player with GB (SB XXXII). Been part of some really good teams. Rooting for Doug. Good luck coach!

No he isnt. He benched jalen Hurts for a scrub in the fourth quarter while he was doing good. That’s part of the reason why he got fired

I’ve never seen so many fans from the Eagles heap praise on a former HC. Very, very impressive.
We all loved Doug. Fans never expected him to be fired. We all knew the problems with the Eagles stemmed from the front office. Owner Jeff Lurie and GM Howie Roseman were the problem. Doug won the first Super Bowl in franchise history. 3 Playoff appearances, 2 division titles and a Super Bowl in just 5 years. He should have been given much more time and respect. The front office dismantled that Super Bowl team and made it almost impossible for Doug to succeed. But even under duress and plagued with injuries, he took the Eagles back to the playoffs 2 more times. I’ll always be an Eagles fan, but now I’m also a Jags fan!!

Unlike Meyer, Pedersen will nurture Trevor Lawrence and that is exactly what he needs.

This from a life-long Steeler fan – – The more I listen to Trevor speak during his interviews with a number of different journalists, coaches, and fans, the more impressed with his maturity and positive attitude. I am glad the Jaguars have him, and I am excited to see that he and the rest of the team will be under the tutelage of a new head coach. I hope they all do well. It is so difficult pulling a team out of some bad seasons and become winners, but I think Jacksonville will be well on its way.
