Bring back the phone questions. One of the best parts of the show was listening to Tony “interacting” with the Fans. Now all I get is Tony locking the Jags to the Super Bowl every year and getting my Hype up only to have it come crashing down.
@00:09:00 Feels like there’s no clear decision making accountability, no clear ownership of the leadership. No bloody wonder in that case that things look such a shambles. It’s down to Urban to define that at least. Assign those responsibilities, empower your decision makers. The coaches/front office should be making it as easy as possible for the team to deliver their best on the field and right now they are actively making it harder for the players to deliver that. It’s infuriating.

@01:45:00 In Pete’s defence he didn’t say Trevor was a bust, he said he was being ruined which is different and it’s hard to argue with right now.
Usually a team goes as the defense goes. At some point you have to upgrade the defense. Reps only do so much. I am sensing frustration on urbans part. He seems confused by lack of improvement week to week.
The Jaguars fired Tom Coughlin a 3 time super Bowl coach. Maybe Khan is the problem. Just saying.
