    Bobby Wagner rule is ‘Do not trade down for the sake of getting more draft picks when you have someone like Bobby Wagner waiting’. That was what happened when they wanted Bobby but they traded their pick down to get more picks from other team and lost the chance to get BW when the Seahawks took him. Bobby was supposed to be a Ram.
