@Dave no other team improved on defense like the Chargers did. This will be a historical defense. I can see Chargers having both the best offense and defense. This time hopefully we have a specials team to back it up.
@Adam Elliott we will make it.. our offense is decent it was our defense that needed help and throughout this offseason, we covered that. Not to mention this is exactly what the rams did last season, they trouble with both their offense and defense and they covered that, next thing you know, they made it to the SB and won. We got this!! I feel like this is our season.
Chargers should re-sign Kyzir White or sign Bobby Wagner or Jason Pierre Paul

49ers played in the Super Bowl that year against who? The Chargers! Maybe the Chargers will have a different outcome this time in the big game though. Also hopefully J.C. doesn’t bounce the next year after winning the Championship like Deion did.
@Michael g Jackson was traded to the Chargers after his year 4 … Sanders was traded to S.F. after his year 5. The near-similarities don’t end there however. Here are their apples-to-apples defensive stats comparisons through each player’s first 4 years in the NFL:
J.C. Jackson:

Interceptions: 25
Fumble Recoveries: 3
Touchdowns: 1
Deion Sanders:
Drafted: 1st round, 5th overall

Agreed – there will only ever be one Deion Sanders. He was absolutely electric and a threat to go all the way every time he had the ball in his hands.
But Jackson is tied with Lester Hayes & Everson Walls for being the greatest DB ball hawk in the modern era through their first 4 seasons with 25 picks … 8 more than Sanders had at the same point in his career. Jackson also produces even while scaring teams away from throwing at him, essentially shutting down his half of the field … just like Sanders did.
Chargers fans aren’t tripping. They have reason to be excited.

The AFC West is gonna be a buzzsaw this season! The attrition that we are going to see amongst these teams will be crazy but it’ll be worth it to watch. Especially when you consider the talent all four teams possess? I sense a lot of clinched butt cheeks during games this year between AFC West fans!😂 As a true believer of the Bolts, I am beyond excited to see what this team does. Can’t wait to get in that stadium for 2022 season. Keep Charging!!!
I don’t think they’ve done enough. They still need a RT, CB, and Some decent LB’s. TT has had success in the first round of previous drafts with easy no brainer picks that have fell in his lap, but he sucks in the later rounds and it has really hurt this team.
