I was @ game. Proud of this team, most proud about Herbert. Herbert, son of Zeus. BEST COMEBACK I’VE EVER SEEN. Herbert was getting killed out there but he somehow hung in there and made plays. Herbert literally went on Super Saiyan (god) Mode… 6 key game takeaways:

The receiver broke towards the ball and was obstructed so that call is 70/30. Iβve seen worst call. The 4th down catch that was ruled incomplete and then reversed was obviously incomplete. This game was not given to the raiders. They took it
You are correct! That “pass interference” call, was the worst call all year. A TD gift π courtesy of the refs.

GTFOH. Chargers lost that game cos they came out flat and whiffed on run stops in critical situations. Raiders played well and won. But stop wit b.s. on that lousy call.
We knocked raiders out of plyoff last year. This year us.

I feel really bad for the guys especially Justin Jones.If this team can add some depth and a player here and there this team will reach the top. Get some rest guys and thanks for the wild and crazy year.Bolt fan forever.
100, as a diehard bolt fan since the stan the man days, to the rivers and LT run, you can tell this team is different, our coaching is better, maybe not every decision but he will learn, we are like literally a handful of players away of winning our first ring, it will happen, I think the chargers can win two SBs in the next five years, just keep improving and this team will be humming. Hopkins made some clutch field goals, missed the one, not sure if he is our guy long term, maybe one more year but we need to get a solid FA kicker, you look at guys like carlson, tucker, boswell, we need someone like that

@Big Slime behind the scenes he is a great locker room guy.I watched him pour it all out on the field all year.He is one of those players you need to have on your team plus he’s just a great guy.
The core players of this team with year two under our coaching has us all pumped for next year , thanks Boltz !!
Bolt nation, this was one of the most heartbreaking losses for us in a long time and Iβve been really hurt today about it but listen. You can know that we will come back 10 times better next year. We have a top 5 qb arguably top 3 and heβs gonna be in the run for mvp every year until he retires. Ekeler is top 10. And we have Keenan and Mike who we will resign. Most importantly, we have the 2nd highest cap in the nfl meaning we will sign some monsters this summer. Believe that. Derwin has a full year of play in him after injuries. Heβs gonna come back even better. I know weβre hurt right now. But just trust the process. Herbert put the league on notice. Now itβs time for management to do the same and make some serious moves. We do that, weβll come back and be contenders. See yβall next year man. Bolt up.
We don’t know that we will come back 10x better next year. Not every team can be a playoff team. And almost every team can be a winning team on paper. We may have an elite offense, but we are quite lacking on defense. Professional teams can and will exploit that. And as our great coaching staff develops these players into stars they are only gonna wanna get paid more and more. Maybe if the 2022 draft has a strong CB/DT class there’s hope, but again its not just the Chargers that are a couple key positions away from being strong contenders.
@h_ bro donβt worry, like I said we have a lot of cap space and we have a 2 year window before we have to pay Justin. In that window we have to spend our money properly. We have a top 5 offense man. We spent money last summer in the offense and now this summer weβre gonna spend it on defense. Thereβs no other choice. Just trust. I know Staley is pissed. And his motto and will is gonna make him even better. Weβre gonna be back. With a top 5 qb you can contend no matter what

@h_ I know, Philip is my fav player ever, but he was never as good as Herbert is or will be. And thatβs the honest truth. We have big time players at important positions but we have to round them out on defense. Do you remember the 2018 year where we were 12-4? We had so many beasts on defense, Casey heyward, Adrian philips, Desmond king, healthy derwin, Melvin ingram bosa, all pro bowlers that year. That was our most complete team in a long time. I canβt imagine what would happen if we had Herbert in that time. We were super bowl contenders that year. Because weβre complete on both sides of the ball. If we work on getting better players on defense, we can back to that level.
good outlook, i feel a lot more confident in Herbert in his sophmore year than I did in Rivers. Phillip was a great QB but Herbert can move in the pocket and has a canon for an arm with accuracy. Here’s to 2022
Beyond the talent of this team it’s a blessing to see how down to earth and humble these players are, and the passion they have about the game and how much they care about each other. The future is bright for the Chargers.

It hurts how our season ended but I hope this is a learning lesson for coach Staley when it comes to play calling and making better decisions. I like coach Stayley but he has to make better decisions in clutch time.
Yes man a lot of questionable calls that cost us this season. But thatβs what the off-season is for. Know what we need, get rid of players who are not bought in and make some moves this off season.

So sad our defense couldn’t hold it down for these dudes, they were a constant liability this entire season. Can’t wait to see the D cleaned out with better key players and more depth…Defense wins championships and we never had that part locked down…
Justin jones would say otherwise.. “we got true ball players”.. but true ball players would actually get into the tournament

Despite the horrible pass interference call these guys still fought till the end yes the Defense needs upgrade at certain positions but gotta give em credit for fighting till the end.

That was the hardest i have ever seen this team play. Every single player played their heart out and left everything out on the field. Unfortunately we couldnt pull off the win but we will be better next year. Bolt upβ‘β‘
