@Balin_James_Music there a fine line between inexperience and stupidity. Yes, he made some mistakes due to inexperience, but he also made some stupid decisions like going for it on the 18 which gave the raiders 3 points. I like his aggression, but he loses games due to arrogance and overconfidence. He sold against the cheifs and made the same mistakes against the raiders. With all that being said, their season came down to 1 game, and he lost to the most inexperienced head coach in the league

We have a great quarterback, solid running backs, big receivers and tight ends that make plays. We need to work on our defense
Need more explosive wrs and a TE on offense man. Need 2 wrs who can take a 6 yard slant into a 50 yard TD.. obviously mike and keenan are too slow to consistently get separation which is why herbert get sacked 60 % of the time

Extend Uchenna and draft another edge player in the first like jermaine Johnson so we can have a healthy rotation so Joey isn’t completely gassed at the end of the game, would help us have a consistent pass rush all game
LOAD IT UP on defense. Work on getting depth in offseason and continue to build the culture this next season. Success in the postseason is coming, I can feel it. This loss hurt big time, but it also exposed what we really need to focus on going forward. Hell of a season though and we have the stud QB to lead the way. ⚡⚡

A better run D throughout the season and we’re in the playoffs despite the right o-line probs and dropped passes and … no one is questioning the coaches (except the DC).
After the first Raiders-Chargers game this season, Bosa snickered about how Derek Carr “rolls up into a ball”. Teams don’t forget trash talk like that. He should have kept his mouth shut.

But they both were on the turf, at least you can admit Herbert is better and the fact you didn’t argue the PI and hold were actually bad calls so I’ll give you respect for that.
