That end of the half TD was glorious. First I thought it was going to be a strip sack, it was close. Then I saw Herbert launch the ball and saw Guyton streaking down the field between the two defenders. The whole section jumped to our feet. I was paying closer attention to the defenders. I thought the ball was underthrown and going to be picked! Then I saw it keep going and going like the pass to T-Billy against the Bucs! Boy… when Guyton came down with that pass, that place ERUPTED! I jumped in the air. My Chargers cap went flying and landed in the row behind me on a NYG fan. I grabbed my hat and high fived my Charger brethren that supposedly don’t exist. That was a moment. Finally! It was the first time the Chargers actually won a game that I attended (the first was a 7-27 stinker on September 14th, 1997 against the Panthers.
Ugh, I remember that game at Jack Murphy.

Yeah, I like Mike Will but he’s too inconsistent… there will be wide open passes he just drops.
@Ceez B Drops have been a recurring theme this year with everyone, Keenan too. But, Palmer will definitely be a force to be reckoned with in years to come. But, Mike Will is a big body you just can’t replace, especially with his athleticism. But we do have one of the best receiving corps despite the drops with Keenan, Mike, Jalen, and Josh with Ek as a viable receiving option out the backfield. As long as Herb is protected, any of those 5 can cause nightmares for Defensive Coordinators.
I think he will but he is still 5th on the team as pass catchers are concerned because Jalen is better at stretching the field like Mike & Ekler as a RB is a better route runner so unless they decide to get rid of Jalen he will be stay 5th.
