Mike Smith was the best coach besides Dan reeves
Mike smith run aged like fine wine with what we been thru
Thank you! His last couple seasons weren’t great only because of pressure on him, but Mike Smith was a solid coach.
Ridiculous…lost for words… had plenty of chances to take this game but offense seemed to not want it. Defense kept us in the game many mistakes but they fought.

It’s a process some don’t want to realize what’s going on the falcons aren’t going to just come out blazing they’re missing key players and plus some of the players we have aren’t playing up to caliber as we expected and you really can’t blame Matt Ryan what do you expect him to do with barely no one to throw too yes Matt has been in the league a good while but that still no excuse either way he needs help all around on the team but I still believe that we’re going to be fine as we go along falcon 4Life 💯🖤❤️🖤❤️
@Name You see the problem isnt that the team has glaring holes that is apparent. But my problem with Ryan is his lack of ability to do with out. Get it out the Mud so to speak. And jsut his overall ability to fight. He has to have everything perfect in order for him to succeed as we saw in 2016.
@Michael Graham Brady had a top 5 offensive line so far every yr of his career….New England always has made sure the offensive line was stellar…When you have a QB who isn’t mobile the offensive line is #1 priority….Matt Ryan has never consistently had a top tier offensive line….With Alex mack gone at center we are left with Hennessey ….He was on skates all night long…The Front office is responsible for drafting according to your scheme…They have failed over the last 5 to 8 yrs with draft bust after draft bust…Matt Ryan’s time is done he should retire or request a trade…..When Patrick Mahommes complained about the offensive line after the super bowl loss they totally revamped the oline with top tier Olinemen…The problem is Senile Arthur Blank and Rich McCay don’t know how to successfully run a football program…All they care about is profits and balance sheets not Xs and Os…

@Matty Ghost well said. And yes i don’t want to throw all the blame at Ryan’s feet but he gets a good chunk of the cap on his own. So he deserves a good chunk of the problems. you know the saying mo money mo problems. He deserves this cause look at this team! Can’t pay nobody. The front office can’t do their job cause of cap problems.
Authur Smith is finding out it’s hard being a head coach. I knew without C.P. this offense would be a disaster. This is basically an offensive line that was assembled by Dimitroff and Dan Quinn. The defense played good enough to win this football game. Coach Smith playcalling is suspect. I was happy A.J. Terrell got a pick. There’s no number one reciever that can take the top off the defense.
If we had Ridley and Patterson we could score this offense would look alot different. Why are you throwing on 3rd and 1 when you were running the football good on that one particular drive? I know our offensive line sucks but your play-calling is suspect to say the least. We have been outscored 68-3 in the last 2 games combined and we’re not going to win many more games this year. We’re too small on both sides of the ball…

In essence the Brass needs time. This team hasn’t been good for a while. The Falcons (I’ll give Dimitroff) credit have been elite. But it’s hard to replace Calvin Ridley’s production or C.P. with no Hayden Hurst. Matt Ryan is limited to who he can throw the ball to. The Regime is finding out that Julio Jones did them a favor, if the Falcons would of kept him he would be another coach on the bench.🤣🤣

@Jeannie Lee umm the o line still has to get a push and create a crease so that the qb sneak is effective. If the D knows its a sneak than the sneak is ineffective

you cant QB sneak when the DT is in the backfield as soon as the ball is snapped. They dont even have to shoot gaps. they simply overpower Hennessy and Mayfield

@vcoolpool Yeah, but it’s not the same team. The Falcons added twenty- four new players. Even if you are without some of your productive players, you still have to show up. This is on the coaches and they have been out coach in two consecutive games.
@Samuel Davis I agree Sam, the coaching has been horrible. Yes, he’s a first year coach but he has a lot of veteran coaches behind him. Put it this way, Dan Quinn kicked our butt’s for revenge of getting fired by the Falcons and the fans. But every coach in the league knows NFL means: Not For Long if you keep losing game’s, weather your key players are playing or not. Besides, this is a rebuilding year.
