we can all tell that the play where we didnt convert on fourth and seven, everything fell apart. couldve kicked it and been a one score game and been competitive. its one bad game but we need to sign a decent cornerback

Artur admitted that he was scared of the Cowboys offense because of how hi powered they are.. hello it is the first quarter on the road you do not give a team a short field… Arthur never calls timeouts… didn’t trust the kicker or the defense at all 🤡

@OG THRIFT Cooper is the Boys no. 1 WR. Terrrell guarding him was the right move. We just have rookie CBs playing earlier than expected and key injury to Isiah Oliver. 2nd round we gotta take a CB.

@OG THRIFT If that is the case I guess. But it that hurt us there, if the Falcons had a better defense that would be different. That was just to big of a risk. Hate to say it but yea he played to lose with that decision.

Tbh this team has no run game, average O line, bad receiving corps, terrible defense. The fact that we’re 4-5 with this roster is impressive
@Jamerous 58 Gilliam that’s fact though. Lol, we’re stuck with Ryan for at least another year or two due to that contract. That’s an issue, to be tied to a player because of the amount of money they’re making is a problem.

@Jamerous 58 Gilliam, it would be different if this was a 1st year to 3rd year QB we’re talking about though. This is a highly paid 14 year veteran we’re talking about. He’s a solid QB and he may win a championship and compete, it’s just clear that it’s not with us at this point and we need to move on imo.
@Robert Price I understand where you coming from but Super Bowl winning QBs and HOF QBs have their bad days as well late in their careers. There has never been a QB in NFL history late in their career who never had a bad game. If Arthur Blank, Rich McKay, and Terry Fontenot have the same mindset as you and just pull the plug on Matt Ryan now, that means they are willing to take that salary cap Penalty that’s going to hurt them for the next 3 to 4 seasons. Instead of waiting at the end of the 2022 season. IMO.
Arthur Smith never calls time out right before the two minute warning.. if you down you need time to score… why would you go for it on 4th and 7 on the road in the first Quarter… playing scared of what the Cowboys could possibly do by scoring lots of points is not an excuse… kick the field goal… Stop being a bad manager….call time out on 3rd and Long when the game is in balance 🪞🐍

I’m tired of hearing things y’all can do better, we have no good receivers, and no defense or o-line, we need to make cut moves and free up cap space for next season. This year is not it.

Running backs must have a big game on Thursday since we are more likely to rely on them knowing our receiver core besides Pitts isn’t the best rn

Matt Ryan needs to restructure his contract so the Falcon’s will be able to bring in talent to help on defense and offense.
This contract only takes up 15% of the teams salary Kaep. And he restructured his contract three times for Julio Jones.
