Last year I was screaming cam needed to start . The henderson fans crucified me . When cam took over look what happened . Said ths Sam’s this year that sony needed to take over. The henderson fans crucified me. And now look. Hendo just isnt a lead back. Hes not . Too fragile. Too easy to bring down. Hes fast and what not but this offense needs a back that can run through people as much as around people . The last 2 weeks as the lead back the offense had went up a couple levels just off the fact lbs are so much more worried about the run game with michell back there. He had a run against arizona it was like 3rd and 5 I think it was a draw and Sony got hit by 3 people at the line and pushed through all 3 and picked up the first. You will NEVER see that with hendo. If we want to get to the SB sony has to be the lead back at least until cam comes back

Alotbetter. Tougher stronger better vision better balance . Dowsnt have the speed but who cares. Hendos longest run of the year is 29 yards. Michels is 25 yards . We dont need michel to break 5p yard runs but his physical downhill presence has elevated the offense alot . Defenses are cheating toward the Los and its helped stafford out a ton

After all this I’d let hendo go. Keep akers and michell that’s a nasty combo even though cam is the better back imo I’d definitely keep sony just in case cam doesnt come back the same

You were right and going forward Sony needs to be the lead back. He brings a physicality to the offense it was sorely lacking with hendo as the lead back

@Josh Romero-Burgan I believe you in terms of that’s what you think lol. I never said he wasn’t a quality back, I just think he needs to be quicker. Brady was drafted in the 6th round, and he wasn’t thought to be who he is—the goat! Although I’m not saying he is a bust, but not all 1st draft picks should’ve been drafted in the 1st round (do your research). Again, he’s solid but this ain’t college anymore lol
