Right! He singlehandedly made unnecessary changes to the OL. They were middle of the pack last season. 31 this season. Only thing that’s improved is other teams ability to ruin the Panthers pass/run game

I’ve been a die hard panther fan my entire life, cheered through the Clausen years and many other ‘bad’ years. But I know I speak for a lot of other Panthers fans when I say that if we keep Matt Rhule & Sam Darnold and get rid of Cam Newton I will no longer be supporting this joke of a franchise. I wouldn’t trust Matt Rhule to coach Tee-Ball.
I cut them loose when Tepper fired Rivera, and dumped Olsen and Cam. I have tried to come back into the fold since they re-signed Cam, but I get your point.
Cam ain’t the answer. Sam isn’t either though. Whoever is QB’n next season is destined to fail with this Oline
@Pumpin I would fire Matt Rhule, hire Eric Bieniemy as the new HC, since we are stuck with Sam for another year I’d have him be backup. This upcoming QB class sucks so I’d resign cam for cheap and have him be the starter with a full off season under his belt. I’d spend all draft/trade assets on the o line.
@Nobody Asked Podcast Bienemy doesnt even call the plays, and he had his shot to coach with Reid out, and the Chiefs got smoked. Resigning Cam is not an option either. Its time to revamp this entire offense. No ones job is safe outside of Moton. This team is awful all the way around offensively.
@Dustin Barlow I think you’re underestimating Eric, he’s been OC for the best offense and won a Superbowl, compare that to Matt Rhule who’s never won anything, regardless we need a new HC idc who take your pick. And resigning Cam is our only viable option for next season. This draft class sucks and we need to fix the o line before we draft a rookie to get demolished playing behind our garbage line. The only somewhat viable candidate in free agency that would play for us is Garner Minshew, we will never be able to attract Aaron Rodgers or Russel Wilson to our current dumpster fire. Cam hasn’t played good enough to have leverage for an expensive contract and with the current money we are wasting @ QB I think that’s our best option. + Cam deserves a fair shake and if he truly is washed then he can retire a panther legend and we will draft a QB in the next draft

It’s been hard being a Panthers fan lately 😞 we have so much potential! Just a lot of questionable moves, That Darnold contract is killing me, I have 1 more year to decide wether we need to move on from Rhule, I wish we Held on to Dan Arnold
I am a lifelong panthers fan. I remember the great teams of Sam Mills, Steve Smith, and then Cam Newton. I also remember the bad teams, but those experiments stopped and we had hope again. This looks like it will get worse in 2022 until Panthers leadership is forced to make a change due to continued regression
