Cautious optimism.
Davis Mills threw for 200 yards and two TDS. He threw only one INT and was sacked only twice.
Considering the state of the O Line and they lack of skills players, Mills’ performance was impressive.
Now, that performance came against one of the worst defenses in the NFL.
Though I am not convinced that Davis Mills is the QB of the future, I am fair-minded enough to say, let’s see how he does against the Chargers, 49ers and Titans in the coming three games.
Right now is a time of evaluation for all players on the squad.
