@M M IRL Sewell and St. Brown were definitely the standouts. Onzurike I thought was the only real disappointment. Barnes, Jefferson, Melifonwu, and McNeil I thought showed some potential.

I like his approach to building. I prefer drafting and going young because you have years of the same guys playing wk in wk out. The chemistry and cohesiveness is 2nd to none..! Plus his UDFA are better than 3rd and 4th rounders so I’m content with drafting and developing young guys over spending big on FA.
The thought of Detroit in the Superbowl warms my heart 💙

I couldn’t agree more, I’ve been alliance fan for 43 years this is the first time I’ve heard a general manager that seemed to have a working knowledge of contracts, scouting, drafting, free agency and on field performance.
It’s the Lions so I may be proven wrong but I’m sold on the current staff. Let’s give these guys a chance to build this squad before we run them out of town like we did with Jim Caldwell.
AGREED 100% I’m 73 yrs old and heard a ton of bullshit from alot of Lion coaches, and a few GM’s! Holmes is the real deal. He and his staff do thier homework !!!! I’ve had season tickets for 27 seasons. Wish I was still living in Detroit. The years I had my seats, drafting and coaching was very mediocre!!! The best years for me was the 60’s !!!! GO BRAD HOLMES do your thing !!!!!
