End of the season Goff was 🔥 hopefully he can start next year like that.
Hopefully next season is a 7-10, 8-9, 9-8 season, I would kill to squeak for a playoff spot.
Goff is gonna be used to this team and hopefully next season he becomes a better player
This young QB is a real pro !!! Took him a season to get familiar with his offensive team mates !!! Off season we’ll add 4 or 5 additional rookies and a couple of free agents!!! Looks good for next season!!!
They talk about the Packer`s playing with their 2nd stringers. Well guess what, the Lion`s played with many 2nd stringers starting all season.
Half the guys were 3rd string/ rookies/ practice squad guys

Jared Goff handled the transition coming to Detroit like a real pro. Kudo`s to him.
So glad the Lion`s have made some great inroads to turning the corner into a good football team. The win`s against Minnesota,Arizona and Green Bay really lifted my spirits. GO LIONS!!!
Goff grew on me a lot throughout the year. I was down on him early but man he really impressed the second half. Always kept his cool and was great with media. Great community guy as well. I’m glad he is here. Might have to grab a 16 jersey too.
I personally won’t be the one to discredit his performance. Once they build that wr room up we’ll have a much more explosive passing game. We didn’t have a kupp/woods that were constantly open down field
I agree I was frustrated with him in the beginning but at the end he’s really been clutching up

As one of the strong critics on goff early in the season. Im behind happy to see him in Detroit. He’s finally embracing the city and with that he’s growing on the field. Just imagine if goff hits his stride out here. 2 cal bear qbs tearing it up in the nfc north?
his stats from week 12 to week 18 are very good compared to every other qb in the league. it really shows how much he’s grown his confidence and his relationships with his teammates.
Comes off more intelligent than the former QB. Trade is looking better and better! He’s a winner and you can’t take that away from him…

I honestly think when he was traded from LA he really felt hurt and that the decision just destroyed his confidence. I am happy to him come into his own. let’s see how he does seasons to come
Yeah that would hurt feeling that you weren’t really wanted, but I love how he’s taking strides back and is now confident with himself and his new team.
I believe the Goff in the 2nd half of the season is the real Goff. Lets go Lions!!

A blue collar town/team is what Goff needed IMHO, as he hit the 2nd half of the season, especially the last 6 games he played stellar. 70% completion and did it with a very young receiving core, you can’t take away from Goff. I really wish Goff a great off season and love to see what he brings next year.
Yeh next year he’s going to be powerful.
Green Bay played with 2nd stringers… But look at our list of injured players… We’ve had most our starters out for the entire year.

I hope next year Goff proves he’s the long term answer at QB. He was good enough to lead the Rams to the Super Bowl give Holmes a few years and he can do it again.
It’s great to see him comfortable now. Goff definitely came full circle
Goff got tougher through the year. I think he could be our quarterback for a while. And if you look at Stafford he got softer in LA. Blue collar city vs Hollywood
I don’t think he had the play book 100 % learned the first half and lack of good receivers. The second half of the season you could tell he was settling in. That’s why the Lions need to stick with core leaders, QB, coach, GM etc.. Just look at the great teams, they have continuity on all the key spots from the top down. Go Lions!
I like the way Goff talks about having fun a lot, with his football.
