Love that pick if that was the case. Guy absolute monster was restricted on what he could and couldn’t do in that Georgia defence. I believe he could be massive inside rusher than a run blocker. And that’s what it’s all about. Rather that than edge guys.

Davis is not a 2 down player, thats what the scheme asked him to do.. hes a dominant tackle hes never going backwards, always collapsing the pocket thats what you need
If the scheme never asked him to be on the field on 3rd down, how can anyone have confidence that he’s a 3 down player? You say he always collapses the pocket, can you point to one game where you consistently saw him do that on 3rd downs?

To be honest, if Jordan Davis is up there, I wouldn’t mind picking him up. Though, I still feel like we need to fix that secondary.
Secondary is goin to get bullied if we don’t address it in the early rounds. Ppl act like marlon nd Peters can defend against every wr. They can’t do it themselves. Hell, most teams got 3 or 2 very dangerous wr on their squad excluding from the upcoming draft. It’s imperative to get good quality players or impactful players. Some project players or players calling themselves sack daddy 😂

This was my gut feeling a few weeks ago. I hope we also get Jalen Pitre or another great cornerback. Pitre is technically a safety but was lined up in the slot a lot at Baylor. Ravens need a couple of very good cornerbacks. Chad Muma would be nice too.
