Need a new strength and conditioning coach

Completely revamp the conditioning coaches & recovery physician/staffs and nutritionist. Our team has to be #1 in this department in the nfl for us to have a chance next year. Thats over double digit starters this year. Something has to put in place to improve on this aspect.

It’s starting to seem like the Ravens “culture” is just what Albert Einstein called “insanity” aka doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results. Greg Roman should’ve been gone after last season, he’s offensively handicapped at least the past 4 teams he has been on staff for (Carolina, SF, Buffalo, and now here). He has the same exact issue everywhere he goes. Nothing personal but G-Ro has shown himself to have the same major limitations every team he’s with, he doesn’t deserve all the blame but even if a lot of other things went right there’s only so far we can go. Why are the Ravens so hesitant to change things that aren’t working? Again….INSANITY!!!!!!
