The NFL isn’t about fairness. It’s about winning. If it was about being fair kapernick would have gotten a job back years ago.
I do agree however that getting Tom would have set us back. Just not at the time being. We would have went pretty far into the Afc playoffs… But I don’t think a Superbowl would have come from it. The NFC is a easier division for him to travel deep into playoffs. The AFC is stacked right now. Brady would have probably only played one or two years and then yes we would be quarterback less again
