What is Miami doing we shouldn’t of fired Brian he was a great coach.
First, I personally think Brian Flores should’ve had one more year considering the reason we missed out of playoffs were the losses in the begginging of the season which should’ve been one but those losses come from not having our starting qb but I feel he was a great coach and I believe he should’ve have one more year but I do hope the new head coach uses Tua Fillmore to his ability with throwing deep and not all the short passes every single play

Lifelong phins fan, this is absurd. The best coach I’ve seen calling plays for Miami in YEARS! fire grier and get flores back and see how the team can thrive with a great coach and less distraction from management
@ClickClan100 So the front office could have simply took that power from him…..I don’t see any other coach available being an improvement over Flores

@ClickClan100 good luck getting him to come to Miami. Flores was overruled by management on a bunch of decisions. Coach flo was great with his players and worked with what he was allowed to do.. Keeping the team engaged and believing in themselves when everyone else wrote them off was BIG. Most coaches wouldn’t get that respect from their players and that speaks volumes for a young first time head coach

@ClickClan100 there are multiple sources. However you’re not wrong when it comes to players and coaches having issues with him. But thats one of the big things consistent with almost all of the coaches stemming from new england. After looking into more i can see why they let him go, and while i dont agree with the decision to do it so soon… I understand why it happened. However i still hold strong opinions on Grier getting fired also. Flo is still going to be a great head coach wherever he lands

I’m usually happy when a coach is fired, it’s because they’ve been awful, but this hurts. Another team will pick up Flores in a heartbeat, no doubt he’ll have great success.

Stephen Ross is the problem. As an owner, he is never there, doesnt live there. The front office is another or the main problem. They conspired against this man. Shameful.
Let’s take a moment to think 🤔… Grier has been with the organization for the past 21 yrs as a scout and GM and now VP and it’s been a sh*t show… Flores has been here 3 yrs and has had 2 back to back winning seasons with this organization who should deserve more time on this team??
Drain the swamp. All to blame for mediocre offense. We need a great offense again. Why so hard?

flores did not get along with anybody in the organization, especially the players …like minkah, stills , tunsil, and van noy….and his play calling , free agent signings , cost Miami those early games……good riddance. 😎
