Please get rid of this guy. Also, all the injury prone players should have their contracts restructured/extended and get pay based on production somehow (if possible). Way too many offensive players seem to have difficulty staying healthy. Moreover, the OL should be priority number one. It is garbage, period. J. Davis and “1st round bust” A. Jackson are BIG TIME/MAJOR liabilities. In addition, if GM thinks Flo deserves to be our coach next year, please make sure he selects proven coaches and not people that will learn on the job and have no clue (yes, I am talking about the OL coach). Lastly, please someone tell coach Flo to stop reinventing the wheel by having 2 OCs; honestly, we put those two offensive minds in a blender and still cannot obtain a playoff caliber coach.

He has a lot of potential but need reps desperately, with that said something happens to players when they get a torn ACL, they are never the same, probably because of the violence of the injury. Either way best wishes to him.
