@Big D their never consistent this year when things work on offense they stop doing it. If we have a good running game and passing game they take those receivers out and running back out. Consistency is the problem NOT the QB

Where is the list of experienced coaches wanting to come to Miami to turn this franchise around show me the names ? Oh wait there’s none not 1 coach wants this job ! We have coach Flores give him time he wants what we all want a championship it is a process it does take a team of the right guy’s with all do respects Flores is the right man for this job . It will take several years don’t expect a super bowl contender next year .
@Anna Spyropoulos changing coaches every 3 year’s is killing this franchise there is no consistency . When this job was opened 3 year’s ago not 1 experienced ex head football coach wanted this job not 1 . Let the man learn from his mistakes . Problem with our fan base we expect a AFC championship or a super bowl contender by our previous record not going to happen .

@Anna Spyropoulos so bringing in a loosing coach from college will work for you in case you don’t remember jim Harbaugh turned down the miami coaching job before he went to Michigan . Flores is the right coach .
