He is incompetent when it comes to evaluating talent, look at his drafts in Detroit. Martin was hired for how he looks not his football IQ.
Aye y’all remember when we had Jordan Reed, Niles Paul, AND Logan Paulsen. That depth was crazy. Then we had Djax, and Garçon, and Chris Thompson and Jamison Crowder. Then Vernon Davis came in. We had WEAPONS. No wonder Kirk thrived so much.

The only hope we have is Martin does not have final say in personal decisions. If you look at his drafts in Detroit when he was GM there is a reason why that team went 0-16.
