Getting the fans to light up that stadium is the coolest thing coach can do. Let’s go Washington! Make home games intimidating for whoever they play against
They need to fix that stadium pronto in the meantime before they get a new one.

I’m really impressed with Rivera stepping up as a head coach and taking culture into his own hands directly and working with the team in the lockerroom. A lot of coaching isn’t something you can grade on a sheet of paper, but it shows by how dedicated the players look and feel on the field. He’s figured out his winning formula in the lockerroom – the rest is extra. There’s no I in team. Sticking together is how you win out against tough opponents.
He’s growing men, not just football players. That’s what makes him so special. He inspires through his own actions, responsibility and accountability is an absolute, and it translates to the players. They understand the “why” not just “go do it”, which allows for ownership over their roles, as players, to develop naturally. You either buy-in or you don’t. If you don’t that’s ok, but you’re gone. If you do though…that’s when things start to slow down for guys and you’re seeing them lock in.
Ron is a blueprint for what extremely high level leadership looks like.

For those that don’t know, video came out of Ron – before running into the tunnel after the game – yelling “LETS F**CKIN GOOOO!!!” To the crowd super pumped up.
I’ve been kind of hard on Rivera, putting him down,. I have no patience,. He still got till next year to show his product, go Washington,

Man it was great to see the fans getting hyped and energized the Staduim! It’s been a long time since back in the day in RFK Staduim! I grew up in the 80s. Bring back the glory days! The fans were a huge part of the success of the team!

Truth be told I don’t think that Landon Collins never fully recovered all the way from the Achilles injury he was being exposed at the free safety strong and safety position it’ll be interesting to see what Washington does with him next year
