Hackett needs to act more like a head coach, he comes across as a buddy/position coach.
I kinda agree, but im sure it won’t be as much of a negative effect as we think, plus I imagine that when the season comes around he’ll be a bit more serious
I agree too. But I think too, that he’ll get more serious and down to business when OTA’s start up and even more when training camp starts.

@Gabriel Hernandez idk man, I feel like this is just who he is. He’s extremely quirky and I just can’t imagine a guy like Kyle shanahan or Matt lefluer or mike Tomlin etc, doing/saying some of the stuff he does.
I do agree. You don’t see solid proven head coaches acting like that. He is quirky as F. It’s nice to see we have some energy in a coaching staff though, something we haven’t seen since Kubiak.
