He’s going to be like Micheal Malone from the nuggets head coach he’s going to change the team to a playoff team n leadership
Horrible choice. Malone cost us a championship with his horrible rotations in the bubble. And has under achieved with a super roster when the team is healthy.
We don’t want a playoff team for the broncos, we want championships.
@xMayola210x for now we want a playoff team if we don’t get Rodgers. New coach, first year, new qb likely, and we are in a tough division. Unless we get a elite qb then we could talk championships

@Ry Morrow He’s an average coach with amazing talent. He won’t get us a ring, if denver wants a ring with joker we need to trade MPJ and hire a coach who’s done it.
I can already see the post season I am so hyped time to see what the Broncos do this off season

I like Hackett. He reminds me of Ted Lasso. I’m very pleased with this choice, regardless of our QB, I think he’ll get the best out of our talent..
PS- the Outside Zone run and West Coast passing concepts are soooo much fun to watch. I can’t wait!
When asked about things that he’s excited about one of the first things he said was “a young talented QB….” Rodgers is not the Messiah and I don’t think we need him to win. Unless Hackett’s contract is only 2 years he’d be dumb to want Rodgers here. *MIGHT* be contenders for 2 years, just to suck for another decade.
Drew Lock is beyond excited to finally have a head coach whose not incompetent! Whose going to utilize the elite arm lock has with the elite weapons he has at his disposal. I cannot wait for next year.

@DonkeyDieHard Winning a super bowl is hard. If you can get a QB able to compete you do it. I’d rather see a team win the super bowl and suck for 5 years than make the playoffs 10 years in a row and never get the ring. Go for the best available, that is Rodgers.
You can actually feel his genuine excitement to have this job. I haven’t been this excited about a new head coach since Kubiak came back. I’m excited for this new Era with coach Hackett. 👍

I’m a packer fan, and also I know Hackett and his family. Hackett not only is an intelligent football mind, but the excitement he shows in this interview he shows in every team meeting, every practice, and he is friendly to everyone in the community too. He is a fantastic guy, fantastic coach, and the Broncos are in good hands. Glad you are excited about the hire- you should be

Packers fan here, you got a great head coach, his energy is insane and will motivate your entire locker room. He makes football fun for his players, and not to mention his talent. He almost led Blake Bortles to the super bowl over Tom Brady. Denver fans should be excited.
Hearing the man speak has made me excited for the off-season and for sure the season ahead.
I like this guy, the energy is contagious.
He answers questions very enthusiastically. A very good sign that this choice was right. We are currently 4th in the AFC West going against Mahomes, Carr and Herbert. It’ll be interesting to see how well this OHC does with the players we currently have and need.
I want to see what he does with this group of great talent on the offense. This is just my opinion what Drew did against KC in the last game proved he should stay any teddy should get out.

No doubt. Next big move is the QB. Not sure if I’d want Rodgers, but I wouldn’t complain. Feels like that’d be our best scenario anyways.
@Hope In Troubled Times H.I.T.T just don’t think it is worth it, because if Rogers comes so is Adams ,let’s say two year deal for both,Rogers wants 45 million a year and Adams wants 30 million a year, 150 million for two years. We need a quarterback to sit behind him forever long he here.to learn and take over when Rogers leaves.
Packers fan here—the Broncos are my 2nd favorite team. I’m saddened by Hackett leaving GB, but I’m happy for the future of Denver!

Coming from a Jets fan, I’m scared to play this team in 22. Hackett light up this press conference, really showed his vision for the team. Love how he answered questions, and engaged with the reporters. Plus, if y’all get Aaron Rodgers, you guys gonna be a dangerous. You got a bright future, and I’ll be rooting for y’all.

Started digging this guy when I watched him coaching practice in J-ville. He inspires me as a coach. I hope to feel the jubilation and humbling joy of becoming a head coach. Coaching in HS football right now and I have dreamt and still do about years of the grind finally providing results. When talent meets work ethic and chance ……. Amazing things happen.

This Man has Wowed me!! I never felt so positively awesome about a coach in my In entire life!! He must have Jesus in his family life!! He’s gonna hit the entire team with such a positive impact. The man goes into his introductory press conference with complete confidence in himself. No carefully prepared speech, no note cards, and he knocks it out of the park. You can tell he’s genuinely excited about being here in Denver and building something special. Paton’s GOT to find this man a good QB! He’s got the right combination of experience in all phases of the game, enthusiasm, he’s not too old, not too young, and you can tell he loves the game. He seems the kind of man I’d like to work for, so I think he’ll attract a good coaching staff and maybe a player or two. Looking forward to the season!
( with all the weapons we have on offense).it will be exciting to see what an offensive mind will be like now. since we a defensive minded coach for awhile. I want to see the lineup this season. We are just a quarterback away.
I can honestly say this is the most pumped and excited I’ve been for a Broncos season in years. This guy oozes excitement and intelligence and that is both things this teams head coaches has been missing for the last five or six seasons.
