Get Brian Flores and Aaron Rodgers, there fixed.
Would any OC’s we interview consider a lateral move to OC for Denver? Considering a lot of them have the titles with their teams, but don’t actually call plays for them.
A good OC might if we get good QB say if Rodgers comes over we may get Hackett. We have a good young Team and can compete with a strong OC if we have a Def coach. Brian Flores and Dan Quinn could change our culture and be good. I think if we go a Def Head coach he has to be involved with Offense as well which both of those fit. let say this I l ike Brian flores for 1 thing in 3 years he is 4-2 against Belicheck and the pats. With a mediocre offense so…..
I thought the same because I like Callahan. He doesn’t make the calls in Cincinnati. If you offer him that he could be a great OC for the new HC, plus he already worked in Denver
The guy from Green Bay would be an upgrade if we got him as our assistant HC/offensive coordinator. The other guy is only a game plan coordinator so he’s definitely be going upwar
No I can’t see any of the ones they’re interviewing would leave their team for another just to keep same job unless it’s for heaps more money but you’d think they’d only come to Denver for promotion you wouldn’t think Hackett would leave packers coordinator job to become Denver’s coordinator he’d probably do it as head coach but not coordinator and you wouldn’t think that Dan Quinn would leave Dallas for Denver to remain defensive coordinator he’d probably only go to Denver as head coach to I hope to god they don’t hire dan Quinn as head coach he’s ok but the way he stuffed the Superbowl he’s never been the same head coach ever since he went down hill big time after the Superbowl loss get Hackett as head coach as they play style he calls at packers is unreal he utilises the weapons on the team he doesn’t waste a down ever bug the head coach of packers would be playing a part in the way the packers are going big time to be good to get actual packers head coach
They want leadership and that is a quality that not always the guy that has that feature was a coach before. An offensive or defensive coordinator could be a great choice if he has that main feature that Paton is searching for, because, this job is sort of a head coach, just not the main position, the main name of the job.
So 2 or 3 of these guys could end up here…. not dissimilar to Munch and Fangio who each came from dame set of interviews. Makes sense.
Seems like the deck is stacked so there is 1 ace in the cards and everyone else is aiming for coordinator roles
Why are we not interviewing proven head coaches? Haven’t we learned anything from McDaniel’s, VJ and Fangio
Because retreads don’t work out! Fresh new ingredients is what’s needed🏈
@Stop Chill You mean retreads like Andy Reid, Don Shula, Jimmy Johnson, and Bill Belichick? There may be more examples of failures of repeat head coaches but coaches usually improve if they get another opportunity elsewhere.

Dan Quinn hiring would be a colossal mistake
Dan Quinn is the head coach with these other guys interviewing to become Quinn’s DC and OC.
This is s competition to get the best guy available and right now its Brian flores. We must act quick and decisive.
Flores is not the best guy! His players hate him and his bosses probably hate him too that’s why he got canned after a 9 game winning streak lol
I am really impressed with Paton talking to Mayo, if for no other reason than to pick his brain about how NE played “D” this season. They did it VERY differently than anyone else, & they were successful. I have to believe, Paton wants to know more , much more, about what NE did, & that’s a very good thing. ——-Likewise, talking to someone from The Rams is a good move.
He should go after Nathaniel Hackett from packers as if you get him as coach you’ve got the chance to get Aaron Rodgers as well as Adams I just hope Patton don’t go out and sign a defensive minded head coach hire great offensive minded and competent play caller the Broncos only need good offensive minded coach and good defence coordinator they don’t necessarily need a new QB as drew showed against the chiefs that he can play the game well as he was just about to beat the chiefs until the fumble so they don’t need much to be successful
Not a big fan if Quinn is our head coach BUT if Paton thinks he’s the best to make this team good then I am fine with the decision. Wonder what coordinators he’ll pick. Doubt Hackett will come if he’s not offered the HC gig. Quinn HC, Mayo DC, Getsy OC? 🤔
He is a 43 and 42 has a head coach good defensive coordinator not a good fit for head coach
I like what Payton has done he is very methodical approach to what he is doing
I trust Paton to get it right.
The Broncos should hire Nathaniel Hackett as he’s been calling a great offensive style for the Packers and that’s what they’re missing a coach who can call plays competently dan Quinn stuffed up big time in the second half of the Superbowl so he shouldn’t be coach get Hackett to coach this is what they are missing good offensive coordinator or coach that’s offensive minded and defensive coordinator you could go either way but I’d rather the coach being offensive minded instead of defensive minded coach the Broncos have put up with that for years and didn’t work get Gary kubiak back

As front front runners and possibly the two packers coaches
Definitely suggest we get a HC with experience as a HC and not a rookie. Fangio is a good leader but he was inexperienced as a HC.
