I worked for a grocery chain. It was called HOWS. It was previously named Hughes Markets. A brother and sister inherited it with 600 stores I believe, may have been less. Regardless, one Christmas eve they had an argument and dissolved the partnership. The company degenerated down to 4 stores and finally went poof! The guys left in charge mismanaged everything while they personally got filthy rich. Corporations and pro football teams should somehow be protected by the courts during ownership death to protect the company as the businesses are so affectual to employees and the public alike.

Either Pickett maybe ridder if he drops and maybe even Skylar Thompson if he’s undrafted

@Brad Delany pat is trash I wished we fired him and kould have just demoted Vic to d coordinator 😂 but the league doesn’t work like that…ik we want to hold on to Drew but in a division where we have pat Holmes, Justin Herbert, and Derrick carr we need to be able to have a qb that can compete with those guys but i don’t want to take a step back defensively or waist this defense

@Takhai Mobley Herbert and Mahomes couldn’t compete with Lock in college. Locks disadvantage, arguably, is that he suffered under Shurmer. Mid stream in the covid season, where he looked so bad, Lock was vocal about his receivers running the wrong routes, which falls to coaching, and he called Shurmer out by stating that the play calling “sucked”. He had troubles with reading defenses because the offense was so obvious that all defenses had Shurmer’s plan zeroed in. I agree about Paton, he is drafting too much over from the Vikings. I fully expect him to blow it. Hes looking good right now because he inherited a team bolstered by Elway’s previous off season draft and trade deals. The big problem is not the team, but how the Broncos are so rotten at developing QBs.

@Brad Delany lol ik you like drew my guy but he did not look better then pat Holmes or Herbert in college if that’s the case he woulda been a top 10 pick as a qb…he started 3 years with us and they were terrible let’s be honest teddy came in his first year and literally took the job from em and Vic said clearly the better qb will start and I hate to say it but I feel we make the playoffs if teddy finishes the season…pat should have been fired yes I agree and he’s a bad offensive play caller but drew didn’t make any situation better I hate to say it but until drew make sun changes I don’t want him starting either do u remember the Texas game 😂 in college when he was doin all that show boatin then lost the bowl game🤦🏽 I thought he would be solid be I really don’t see that yea he can run but the arm is just waaayyyy to inconsistent
