Denver needs to hire a offensive mind guy. They don’t need no defensive mind guy. They already tried that and it didn’t work.

Defensive coaches are great as long as they have an idea of what to do with the offense. Having a great defense will never be bad it can become bad if you ignore the offense

Wow really off on Kellen Moore. First, Cowboys can’t stop him from leaving, and there’s no way they’d promote him to HC and fire McCarthy. That’s absurd. Second, he’s brilliant, and is an offensive guru. Super talented, and can connect with and inspire young guys because he’s one of them.

George Paton has a lot to prove as a rookie GM. Had a good draft class but then took a step back by failing to fill Denver’s most glaring need at QB. He misfired badly by signing Teddy Bridgewater and, as a result, wasted a decent defense for a year and set back the development the young receivers and tight ends and, of course, Drew Lock. These are not small issues. The biggest franchise-defining moments in Broncos history involve the signing of three top tier QBs: Craig Morton, John Elway and Peyton Manning. There’s a lesson in this for George: Your predecessors learned the hard way that taking the well-traveled cheap route is the road to ruin.
Brian Flores or Kellen Moore would be a great fit.
