Nice 2 rushing touchdowns that game 👍
Stull think Drew should have started. With the right OC he could be good.
@Hecs Love time will tell
@Hecs Love but he got legs and an arm
@Zane Altman idk about that they have a losing record when drew lock starts
Getting rid of Scangarello was the worst decision the organization made post SB50
It’s so great seeing you play and progress! I think you have a great future in the NFL! I’ll be rooting for you for sure
Hope he’s out qb next year with a good coaching staff that knows how to use his talent
Fingers crossed. We don’t need a Mahomes to win games.
He should come to kc
I hope not
Called the ex coaching staff out !!! Love it !!
Drew is still under contract next year. Bring in whoever the new OC wants to compete and keep building the team. Unless Drew wants out.
@lionel howell broncos coaches suck. That’s why they chose teddy lol. They don’t play to win. They play not to lose. That’s why we can never beat the good teams. Teddy had the luxury to play against the easy teams all season while drew had to play against to tougher teams. Drew played way better against the chiefs than teddy did this season.
@lionel howell with the saints he had a competent coach good coordinators and a team build to win around him here he had 1 thing a team building to win
@JandRProductions5 CORRECT, not there yet but too many people thought so.. I had them making the playoffs but 1 and done. I did not expect the home losses, the defense was terrible at home and was really unexpected. some other problems I saw were receivers not paying attention to where the sticks are, I saw this 4 games in a row from Sutton for 3rd down conversions. Cutting routes way too short for the marker? sometimes Juedy, Fant also.if the coordinator tells the QB to run a play to a certain person then that’s where the ball has got to go unless the Oline callapses to early then the QB has to improvise a play..people need to remember that you have good recievers but not great or elite. every team in the playoffs has at least one that you cannot play one on one unless they have a great defender like Ramsey covering..
I really hope this team sees the improvement from Drew and gives him another shot to compete for a starting role next year. Coaching has been a major issue since 2019 and I’d imagine Paton and Elway will be looking to make significant changes (especially on the offensive side of the ball). I just hope they can find an OC or HC who can impliment a system that plays to his strengths
Me too. Or i hope he gets a good opportunity somewhere else where he will thrive.
Coaching has been a major issue ever since Gary left lol but yeah
Nah w might get Rodgers or Russ
@Cj so cool family .
played ight, wonder where we woulda been if he started whole season. can definitely see hes improved. both qbs and offense as a whole suffered from putrid play calling all year long
@SuperBzerker thing is we all knew he was more of a “project qb” to begin with even after his 5 games in 2019. he was never a kyler or burrow type player, it was gonna take time. whole lotta factors screwed that up
It’s good for drew Lock showing everybody he got what it takes ,so what if hes not the best hes still a good quarterback and I would ride with him
Drew Lock played well, it’s a damn shame how he’s been treated around here.
He should change positions maybe a kicker?
@Hecs Love comments like this, tell me it’s a bit more personal to you, and it’s not all about football
And thank god they got rid of him for Russell wilson.
@zen he should come to kc now
@zen I’m sure Drew is thanking the same god
keep lock, hes a good gb
I think Drew just needed a mentor. He has grown tremendously. Im proud of Drew.
100%
He should come to kc honestly.
@Ghidoriyah yea but I think kc should take him under their wing
Rodgers can be his mentor 😎
I’ll be crucified for this but give me Drew next year over any QB in this draft. Please. Especially with a new OC. Never seen an OC be so bad for a QB as what we got going on rn.
No need to be crucified. This upcoming draft is horrendous for QBs.
Here here. I dare bet Drew would be a solid qb for us with good coaching. This years draft not inspiring me. Malik Willis if we must because he has the mobility on top of standard skill set. No need to swap for Lock, though
Drew can make every damn throw. Fangio never gave him a chance. I think he’s got it al . He can make throws that only a few QB in the league can make.
Hahahahahhaah
@thepowerofmyth what’s funny? i said give me drew over any QB in this draft. not over russell wilson.
A honest of an interview as I’ve ever seen.
Lock has always been my QB… Fangio and Shurmur failed. It’s that simple
He should’ve been playing all season
Keep Drew 🙏
I believe we should stick with Lock next season if a Rodgers deal can’t be reached. He’s better than any of the QBs in the draft, and to bring in a more mid tier guy like Mayfield, Cousins or Garropolo might cost too much to be worth it. Drew is a different guy from last season and I think he’s going to really build on it wether that’s here or elsewhere.
Drew balled out the last few games. You can see the improvements and definitely the game was coming to him vs KC. He was not the problem that’s for sure.
As he usually does then he’s trash when he starts the next season
Drew certainly has the tools to be a great QB. He just needs the right coaching, and play calling that hammer on his strengths for him to shine.
