It’s gonna be awhile before any results happen I like the idea of what they’re doing but relying too much on the draft to do anything great. As much as they need Oline help I say defense is a bigger problem the lack of depth and talent in the linebackers and edge rushers. I’d go heavy on defense picks and maybe a TE

@Why are you gae? are nahi it is growing but compared to our 1.4 billion population it is negligible, truth to be told aj tak mein sirf 5-7 Indians Ko Mila hu jo NFL follow karte hain woh bhi online bas so yeah it is close to zero here
NBA ke fans bahut sare hain yaha I think that’s bcoz NBA rules are easy to learn when compared to NFL

I can tell you this…coaches absolutely care that you’re not there. Truuuuuust me. KT is not going to be in his good graces for not showing up. Especially how crappy they were and him being a second year player. Dumb move.
It’s a great time to be a Giants & Mets fan. The Mets got it right with a new GM & excellent manager in Buck after years of instability. Now the Giants seem to finally have gotten their front office & coaching settled. We not only got a good assistant GM to be our General Manager in Joe Schoen but we got excellent up & coming football executive from the rival Eagles in Brandon Brown. Brian Daboll is a respected coach & experienced offensive coordinator who has the traits, experience & resume to make an excellent head coach. Although difficult, we had to clean house fully & start from scratch with a new GM & Head Coach. We have been consistent with being inconsistent but it looks like we found the right mix for GM & Head Coach to get this team back on track. Both Schoen & Daboll are extremely genuine & authentic. They are both experienced & come from a winning franchise which has prepared them for this. They are also humble but they have a daunting task ahead of them in fixing this team but they seem poised & relaxed which is huge. They aren’t nervous or fake which fans & the media will pick apart. We finally are in good hands & stoked about the future. Go Giants!

@Larry Long Thanks. Yeah me too. Judge got a raw deal & probably deserved another year as he was still learning but we really tanked badly toward the end of the year. We have had serious injury problems which needs to be looked into. We all know it’s not an excuse but when we have a lot more than than the average amount of injuries something is wrong. We have lead the league in injuries several years & have had the highest amount of injuries since 2009 by a wide margin.
Anyway, we had to syart from scratch & get a GM & Head Coach in sync with a shared philosophy & vision. I think we lucked out with getting Schoen & Daboll. They are obviously smart, experienced, prepared & passionate about football but their authenticity has really struck me which should resonate with players.

For some reason I feel calm about this year because it doesn’t feel RUSHED or GIMMICKY like the last 3 disasters. I am not sold on DJ but I respect the new regime for giving him another shot because I admit, it hasn’t been easy for DJ to go through what? 2 different coaching staffs? Yeah that’s tough…Hopefully he can prove he’s got what it takes, if not, move on. Let’s go!!
Can’t wait to see our final roster and see how we decide to scheme each week. Let’s go Big Blue fam!

In Buffalo McDermott tries to have vets throughout the team who have bought in to the plan (The famous Process). They in turn communicate it to the younger guys in each position room. Helps if the players take ownership of the team also.
