After the last first down with about a minute left at midfield I can’t imagine why they abandoned the run. We needed 15 yards to get in field goal range and we were averaging like 8 yards per rush. Ridiculous play calling.

Run or short receiving game to the TE’s. The downfield throws have been costly ALL season. Just cut it out and play to the STRENGTHS of this team. Inexcusable what happened.
I was so happy they did abandon the run, we couldn’t stop the pulling guards and were being gashed. It’s like the Browns were giving Christmas presents to the fans at Lambeau Field.

If Branden Weeden, Colt McCoy or Cody Kessler threw 4 interceptions they would be benched. But this guy not only keeps his starting position but will get more commercials to boot. I got a feeling that the Browns will give him 35 to 40 million per year extension too. Hopefully the Browns do not make a 200 million dollar mistake by resigning him, because he isn’t worth it. He is in his 4th season but still cannot read defenses, I am tired of people making excuses for this guy because he is horrible in game winning drives.

The red zone interception definitely would have been the difference but with the missed holding call on the last int they could have gotten in fg range

Bruh, you gonna blame the refs? It never should’ve gotten that far. With a competent QB the score is 38-24. If he hits a couple of receivers on that last drive instead of straight-up missing them, it’s a win. You NEVER put it in the hands of the refs to decide. Baker was terrible.

Its amazing what a few really bad pass interference calls can do to a game . even the commentators said GB got away with some . Just so happened they were on a INT play where they werent called

In total for the season baker has the same amount of INTs as Tom Brady, he has less than Patrick mahomes, less than Lamar Jackson and less than josh Allen. He’s a good quarterback when it comes to INTs he just had one really bad game

You’re absolutely correct. They haven’t forgotten when Baker said “fine me” and let them have it. There’s been so many flags not thrown during the Browns games, that it should be investigated. Even after a throw, they will let Baker get creamed. Yet no flags.

@James Kubitza I don’t blame Stefanski. All Baker had to do was hit two passes that were simple tosses that any pro QB should do in his sleep. Go back and look at the misses. They are terrible. If you can’t trust your QB to hit simple passes in the two-minute, that says more about the QB than the coach.

The schedule is much stronger this year….add in the injury bug/covid….the Browns never thought they would be in the position they are….sadly, this is NOT a playoff team, when UR team cannot seal the deal then it’s time to plan for next year.
