@Neil Smith wr is a big need for sure. Seems like hopper needs to be cut since he has a drop or 2 every game. Either Baker over throws the guys or hit hits them in the hands and they drop them.

If I was a player on this team, All I could think about would be that we cannot pass the ball and we are not going anywhere because our offense is horrible and our defense is erratic

NO one becomes an Andy Reid overnight. Just as players are developed in the NFL, there is a learning curve for coaches too, as evidenced by the issues of play design and calling which lead to Odell Beckham, Jr.’s demand to be traded. There is a reason WHY Baker Mayfield has not grown up this year as an NFL QB too and why he looks so awful. HC Kevin Sefanski needs to hire Freddie Kitchens to be Baker’s QB coach and relinquish the play-calling duties completely into the hands of Alex Van Pelt. The Browns should be carving defenses up with those TE’s and that running game. It should free up receivers like Beckham, Landry, Higgins, Swartz, Peoples-Jones and the vertical passing game downfield. BUT that’s WHY its SO frustrating for the receivers. The offensive game planning to attack defenses by play design and play calling from week to week is abysmal right now.

You need a QB that can place in the right spot for that. Tight windows.

@Benn Daniel Vai HC Stefanski needs to relinquish the play-calling duties and bring in a QB coach for Baker Mayfield, because Baker has demonstrated the ability to do the VERY thing you’re talking about. Baker has inexplicably digressed as a QB this year when he should have taken it to the next level AND that WAS NOT OBJ’s fault! Its up to HC Stefanski to have the right play designs in which to attack opposing defenses and to get the ball into the hands of his playmakers with simple reads by the QB and that’s NOT happening right now.

They almost lost to the hapless Lions who are 0-9.. Our division sucks, Pitt and Cincy are on our level, mediocre .500 teams and nothing more. They are about to go to B-more and get a mudhole stomped.. If they dont lose 10-11 games, it will be a miracle.
