    @Harold Wingo I’ve been a die hard for over 30 years and not going anywhere. You have to learn to separate fact from emotion in life. That’s all I’m pointing out here. If they get it right whether by chance or by skill, I’ll be the first one to stand up and applaud them.

Before watching, the hiring process doesn’t make sense because George has final say, but then said he doesn’t analyze football.
So either the choice isn’t his or he needs to stay the hell out of it and be a fan like he claimed he is.
There’s one hire that needs to be made and that’s Harbaugh. We need someone who’s passionate about the Chicago Bears and isn’t using this as a payday or stepping stone.
And don’t tell me they can’t afford him either. They’re worth almost $5 Billion.
They said having a football guy as Team President doesn’t work for them. What has worked for them?
The fans should absolutely have a vote in this process. I don’t care if we’re not part owners. We should have some type of say.
We hardly ever get the truth out of the Bears. That needs to change because football people see straight through it all.

Since theMccaskey’s won’t sell ? then GEORGE MCCASKEY should play it smart and bring in OZZIE NEWSOME and let him do the building 👇

If that doesn’t happen then, The best choice for BEARS GM should be RICK SMITH ! And let him take it from there weather he can get Jim Harbaugh as HC and if not should be someone like Doug Pederson who has NFL Experience, who has been to playoffs and a Super Bowl !
