The “Teaching Point” is that Gannon speaks great theory but reality is much different. When you “pressure” the quarterback, you speed up the clock for the opposing quarterback. The by- product of pressure is the “blood in the water” or “feeding frenzy” that gets the defense motivated. It’s working…keep it up. The “Prevent Defense” more often than not…prevents you from winning.
Keep blitzing tight coverage and be physical the turnovers will keep coming
