You are missed Alec. Philon (spelling), you are going to missed, as well, come Saturday. I wish you a speedy recovery. To the rest of the team (if you see this), the adversity that you all have overcame to get to this point, are what documentaries are made of. I have been a Raider fan for nearly 50 years, and i must say, this year, this season, reminds me of teams from the 70’s and 80’s. When it appears that all is lost, you all just grinded and played with your heart and souls. The game against the Chargers, WOW!! That game will go down as one of the Raider classic games.

I see more capacity in this team than the 2016 by a long ways. Not just because Carr is in this time, the entire group of players is so much more diverse and almost every position is set better now than then.

I had zero doubt we would beat broncos and chargers. I was nervous about colts but knew it could happen. I have ZERO doubt we beat the bengals. One game at a time.
