@Crackhead Joe Dirt ruggs had 24 receptions…waller has 53 and wallers missed about 5 or 6 games…

@raidman75 you’re talking about targets & receptions. Ruggs was our leading receiver in yards, which is usually the stat that ppl refer to when they say “leading receiver.”

He finally started running hard down field and accepting 4-6 yards runs instead of trying for the explosive plays

Great comment. That Chubb play was bad recognition by Carr, but I also look at what got us to that point. First you have the unforced fumble fro, Jacobs… then Bisaccia holds on to his timeouts when Denver had the ball and left us with only 30 seconds. Then the screen play is called which was stupid to begin with because we only had 30 seconds to get downfield and we are really bad screen team. Anyways… Carr had a great game other than that one decision. He had to target ZAY JONES 8 times for goodness sake… can’t believe the man has squeezed anything out of our terrible receiving corp.

Now that you mentioned it, I don’t think Carr is the problem with this team; the team as a whole needs to find themselves and play as a team.

First time in a long time, we’ve won when Carr hasn’t had to carry us. Yes we need better offensive play, but this was a top 4 (Denver) D going in. Bright spot – we stopped the run.

Indeed, but I think they need to stick to the run and let the defense be the dependable the raiders defense of old.

@Lencho Only with a better coach than Cable. Parker should’ve been off the team two years ago. Glad to see progression, but lets not annoint them just yet – this is not a good o-line. Much of the improved running was jacobs just hitting the hole and making yards after contact (when he bounced – he got stuffed).

@Slow Loris all I said was Andre has made improvement through out the year playing center , leatherwood has been inconsistent but has had some good games . I will wait for the All 22 to see how good it really was , Jacobs seemed to trust his lineman more . to say that the line did absolutely nothing is just wrong .
