    Or carson wentz.
    QBs that have had the team to compete but never make that extra leap.
    Or Alex smith as well.
    Been in situations to succeed with the coaching staff down to the kicker but they fall short due to lack of elite QB play.
    Care has been let down by the whole organization for not producing a competent coaching staff and draft acquisitions time and time again.

    @Anthony Carver Yes, I believe Jacobs is better than what the stats show and Zeke is not as good as his stats show. Their O lines are the difference makers. Zeke’s average also has been trending downward. Sometimes the holes that seem open for Jacobs close very fast because the line can’t hold. As for C Mac having better production, you’re talking about C Mac – generational talent. Hubbard struggles behind that same Panthers line, but of course he also isn’t very talented. I’ll definitely agree Jacobs is no where close to C Mac talent wise, but he is more durable than McCaffrey. I’m all for upgrading any position when given the opportunity, but I just don’t think RB is a position that needs upgrade right now. Jacobs is more than serviceable and can pick up first downs and punch it in when needed. The one player on offense I want gone the most is Zay Jones. Jones has dropped more critical passes than he has made and is missing for most of every game. We need a legit deep threat that can bring at least what Ruggs brought. If we can pair that with DJax and upgrade the O line, I think the offense will roar back.
