As Raiders fans, we really know the season is over and this is going to be an embarrassment on Thanksgiving. Some of us fans are realistic and accept this, while others are still in disbelief and have false hope this team will actually have a playoff run. Every year, this team collapses after the bye week. Every year, we fans for some reason think it will be different, but it will never be different until Mark Davis and the Davis Family are no longer owners of the Raiders Organization.
