Hopefully this coach helps makes Rodgers realize that he does have other WRs open as options and to take the risk rather than focusing on 1 target to be main WR.

@Xyrus Taylor He needs to start taking those risks, being all about stats is great and all but it doesn’t win SBs as you can see Brady threw a few picks against the Packers in the NFC game 2019 and they still won. Same with Jimmy G against us in 2020 Playoff game and Niners still won barely. Same with Stafford in the SB against the Bengals and the Rams won.

@Johnny Boy What are you talking about. Jimmy G lost the 49ers the game against the Rams because of his horrendous decision making and threw multiple interceptions. Jimmy G can win in San Francisco because the roster is absolutely loaded everywhere. If GB had Jimmy G as their QB they would be lucky to make the Playoffs.

Aaron did not look amazing in his first real game time action. That’s revisionist history. He looked great in that Cowboys game but that was in year 3. He had plenty of action before that point where he didn’t look so great. I agree, let’s hope Clements can help him develop further but I think we’re reading too much into the 1 1/2 games we’ve seen Jordan play.

Well he isn’t the highest paid QB. Not sure if you saw the new deals that happened. D. Watson is the highest paid QB and most guaranteed money ever. And J. Goff and K. Cousins in the same division have have a higher Cap Hit than Rodgers. There now you are caught up
He isn’t. He’s #5 in cap hits in 2022, #6 if you want to count Matt Ryan’s 2 team spread cap hit. He’s also lower in average per year since various members of the media can’t report correctly. It’s not a 3 year 150 million dollar 50 per year average, it’s a 5 year contract worth 186 million, so average of 37.2 million per year, which doesn’t place him in the top 5, and once all these young guys get paid, he’ll probably be outside the top 10 within a year or two
Aaron called him and told him it was his last contract before retiring you can just tell we need to appreciate his last year’s 🤙🏽

I remember back in the early ’70s when Lindsey Nelson would broadcast ND football at 1am on Sunday mornings on NBC and Tom Clements was their QB!!! Only 50 years ago.
I like that he said “Aaron wants another Super Bowl.” Because there are some clowns in the media like little haters Cowherd and Florio that claim Aaron isn’t all about winning it all. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Aaron wants to end his career by hoisting another Lombardi. I do think he will retire after he gets that done. Will that be after this season? Stay tuned…
Tom Clements in the offensive meeting rooms won’t hurt. Keep in mind that Clements has a Super Bowl ring too, and knows how to get another. Great to have on the staff.
Always thought Hackett was a little too goofy. Both he and Luke Getsy hampered the development of J-Love. They have no clue how to develop young QBs.
