Why Coach Lafleur should win coach of the year 2021-2022 season. All 3 years took Greenbay to the playoffs. 2/3 years so far went to the NFC championship game. Back to back #1 seeds. First two seasons 13-3. Then 13-3. 5-0 at Lambeau this season and so much more.

I agree. LaFleur has been great. He even adapted and allowed more of Rodgers’ input in play calling which I think has also been helping

Rodgers interviews are classic. So few athletes answer the questions AND elaborate further while also showing interest, even if he’d rather be home cleaning his house!

Has nothing to do with prior seasons. But… what he has done with a banged up O Line, as well as Defensive play with key guys out… yes. Same for AR MVP. Other than DA, no superstar receivers. Unlike Tommy Boy in Tampa.
I’ve seen many many many Aaron Rodgers interviews since he became a starter, and I think this season is the happiest I have ever seen him in these interviews. Great to see. Hopefully 12 stays for 12 more years.
