Who would’ve known the number 1 play of the season would be from the Jacksonville jaguars
Edit: thx for so many likes 😃
@Nobifyierdragon #100 against the Cards and #1 against the Cards. But the fake punt play against Dallas was #1 on top 100 catches!
@ImaYacht thank you 🤝
I was at that game too😭
This was one of the most sensational seasons from start to finish. So many amazing games with big plays.
Hell no dude what are u on
Dam you got a heart from Goodell. You the man 😆

ok
Not a Tennessee fan but Derrick Henry has to be the fastest slow looking person I think I have ever seen🤣🤣🤣
His TD against Buffalo not being here is a shock, especially when Foremans one against the Bengals did.
wow
That stride speed is deceptive.
@Ayush Singh welp too bad
Bro he’s a beast tell me he’s bad again he ran 99 yards for a touch down he’s a bads s
I am a died hard Cowboys fan but even then, I must say that catch by McLaren deserves to be much higher, not no damn 67!

Higgins’ physicality is really underrated. He’s getting better and might become a special receiver if he can become more consistent.
You talking about Tee Higgins on the Bengals? He’s a pretty consistent player. Especially for only being a 2 year pro.
How do you not have Zach Wilson’s TD to Corey Davis in here? Rolls out, points down the field, called his shot and threw 50+ yard rocket with ease into double coverage.
cuz the NFL includes post season highlights in the top 100. there should be a regular season top 100 plays and like a post season top 50 plays.
@Faze Jev fr yea
As a Jets fan honestly I would’ve preferred if they had that one and not his big run(although I do love that run it’s just the pass was so much better)
@Ryan McGarty I know right, the defense of the jags is terrible and that throw was great all around against the titans
I think we can appreciate how Amon-Ra St. Brown stepped up this season. The last six weeks, he was definite WR1 material.
Thanks for showing respect to my man Amon-Ra. He has definitely surprised me and I think he could be all-star material in a couple years. He reminds me of Golden Tate- Steve smith sr type
@Neil Murray what’s not yet
I tried picking him up for fantasy too bc ik he would t up 🥲
The entire lions franchise is wr5 material
@Nathan Jenkins bruh wgat
Agnew is one of the best returners of all time, time to put respect on his name
Miss him in Detroit
I was there at that game literally on the sideline for the Jamal Agnew kick six. The crowd reaction was amazing!! Only a small group of people get to say they were there for the #1 play of the NFL season and i’m happy to be a part of that group this season
@Trevor Messing The stadium wasn’t too empty during most of the game, but the play was right before halftime so people had already left their seats for concessions and whatnot
@Jackson Callaghan exactly what happened to a friend of mine. He had already gone in to get food before everyone rushed in during halftime and had to watch it happen on the TVs they have in one of the food areas.
@Quinn Gray luckily, I was still out there, and the people that did happen to still be out there went crazy 😂
Amazing play. Can’t imagine being there in person.
@Nick Coker it was so amazing. Atmosphere of the stadium completely changed. Jags fans haven’t had a lot to cheer about lately lol.
Herbert’s TD throw vs the Giants was one of the best throws of all time. Definitely should’ve been Top 3 on this list.
@TheSportsGuru The fact that you think there are better pure throws this season is silly. Just because it was no look doesn’t make it a better pass. In fact I just watched a video of the best passes of all time and couldn’t find a single pass that was over 60 yards through the air and hit the receiver in stride without stepping in to it. Herbert stopped his momentum, planted his feet and drove it off his back foot. He didn’t have forward momentum.
One of the closest was the Mahomes throw you are referring to. He had to crow hop to get it that far. I also don’t consider close coverage to be a determining factor in how good a throw is nor is how difficult the reception is. Herbert could not have been more accurate on his throw. Guyton literally looked over his shoulder and it was there.
@The Gaming Society My guy you are so biased it is absolutely silly. Herbert takes several steps including taking a step into the throw. He does NOT throw it flat footed. He had plenty of forward momentum. Stop it. There were better throws this season, last season, the season before, etc. This is a 60 some yard pass thrown to a receiver in stride into the endzone. That’s it. It’s happened before. It’ll happen again. Go watch the Mahomes one I mentioned. It’s against the Falcons. That was 69 yards. The three defenders that were guarding the receiver stopped running because they didn’t think he’d throw the ball that far. They were wrong.
You want an actual pin point accurate throw to a receiver in stride without any forward momentum? Try Mahomes’ throw that unfortunately didn’t count against the Raiders a couple of years ago. Right into the basket of the receiver in the endzone, and he tossed the ball at least 50 yards whilst going BACKWARDS. He did the same thing flat footed, also against the Raiders, 55 yards, also didn’t count. Why do the best throws never seem to count?
The no look pass was also absolutely better, and it being a no look pass is not the only reason that’s the case. For one, the absolute guts that it took to pull off in that particular moment. Two, the entire season was riding on it. Both those factors affect how hard it is to make a play and if you disagree then you’ve never played competitive sports in your entire life. Three, it was pinpoint perfect and it had to be or the season is over. You say pure throw as if pure throws are all about power and accuracy. They’re not. Pure throws are about one thing: precision. That was a perfectly precise throw made in a way that is biologically the opposite of precise. End of story.
You also make no sense and sound like you hardly know anything about football. What Mahomes did was not a crow hop. He ran to his right, leaped and threw off one foot while jumping. No crow hops. Close coverage is absolutely a determining factor in how good a throw is. There’s a lot more leeway for a throw to a guy running 10 yards wide open than there is for someone with defenders right on top of him. A great throw is only considered a great throw if it actually reaches the receiver’s catch radius. Great coverage keeps that from happening way more than terrible coverage. Therefore, coverage plays a huge role in if the throw was great or not. That should be obvious.
I’m just going to respond to your second comment here as well. That wasn’t the Rodgers throw I was referring to. 74 yards. It’s out there. Was headed right towards the receiver until the trailing defender literally grabbed him to prevent the TD. Off balance, across his body, perfect pass. Now THAT’S a throw unlike any other. Herbert can only dream of doing that.
Kyler Murray is my favorite so he deserves best throw of all time
That McLaurin catch at 67 needs to be WAYYY higher up. That was easily a top 20 play, arguably top 10
Forreal they did McLaurin so dirty
Exactly
That was a madden glitch typa catch. Insane !
play 76 tyler lockett’s catch too.
Ya they only like KC 😂
I don’t envy whoever is responsible for assembling these lists: there must be 200 competitive candidates for this list, and making the final decision is tough. That said… No 4th down/red zone sacks or stops? Not a single play from the Texans? No Aaron Donald? No other field goals besides the record-breaker? No punts? No punt/FG blocks? Not even Stafford’s no look pass in the Super Bowl? There are some easy Top 50 plays from this season that got excluded completely for more interceptions and (arguably luck based) deep passes
Should been more lions plays they deserved some
Exactly! I am not a 49ers fan, but where is the blocked punt against the Packers?
Marvin Jones Jr’s catch at #95 is absolutely felonious and absurdly rated. It wasn’t a bobble into a One Hander, he snared it by the tip of the ball into the palm, that’s one of the best catches of the past decade IMO.
He saved a INT as well.. Hell of a play
Yeah lmao after that catch, every other catch seemed like it should have been lower. Top 5 catch of the season easy.
This whole list is rated terribly.
this list isnt in order lol
I’ve waited 35 years to see so many highlights of my Bengals in an NFL wide compilation.
Still bummed we gave that win away to LA, but I’m glad we even made it in the first place. It was a hell of a game, and well worth the wait.
Approaching the finality of the season I made a promise to myself and the source. I swore that if Cincinnati even made it to the Super Bowl, that I would quit drinking.
25 days sober. I started a day early because I knew we were beating Kansas City 😉
Bless up man, I hope you keep it up! sobriety is a huge deal. Love and appreciate you homie. Stay Strong.
@Shawshifter means the world to me, brother! 38 days sober and counting!
We was getting them Ocho highlights
You still sober or was that just for the season?
Still sober?
I love how many of these plays were either for or against the Bengals. Man, they were fun to watch this year.
Surprised that first stafford throw isn’t higher, given the situation. The momentum was all tampa’s and i think avoiding OT saved the rams and their title run
Right?! It seems like this list was based off skill and not situation.
Lot of braindead plays
I dont even know why exactly, but play Nr.1 made me so happy while watching it. The Fans chanting, the commentator going crazy and all of his teammates try to protect this man with everything theyve got. This clips just showes me why i love this game so much
It’s because of Gus Johnson. He has that effect.
AGNEW DOWN THE SIDELINE AGNEWWWWWW
the screaming white guy really gives you an ear in every jaguars home at that moment
Herberts #33 was easily top 10. Arguably the best throw of the season. Not craziest play, but super impressive passing wise
What a great season of big plays. As a Bengals fan I saw a lot of them, but how remarkable is it that the#1 play was made by Jacksonville and the #2 play made by a rookie from Cincinnati. WHO DEY

there was a texans play. when they threw the interception& the other team almost scored🥲
As a texans fan this comment perfectly sums up the season
