Whoever initially thought of Mic’d up, he’s the man Fr.

    Stack The Plug

@jhoan they have jerseys which is wear the mic goes considering the fact that even when the nfl players have their helmets off, you can still hear them through the mics on their jerseys…. So no it isn’t impossible

    joskemom

I did not watch the highlights of the game because I was going to be patient and wait for the Mic’d version. This takes time to edit and damn it was worth the wait. Watching the game on TV we have no idea of all the interaction and comments made. This is real ‘reality’ tv.

    KT1925 Ω

@johny johny Cause the comment has a ton of likes. The bots probably have a system where they focus on comments with a ton of likes

    olavesnfl

    @Michael Mentality seahawks are mid

Weddle’s speech to Odell gives me chills. He literally tore his ACL this game

    KingMatt 99

Its a major sprain, he shouldn’t be walking if it was torn

    Freddie24

@Jonathan Harrison i hear you man… was gonna start my first game as QB in my senior year for our second game of the season. Never got the chance due to a injury sustained from practice the very next day. Broke both bones in my forearm for the 2’nd time.

Chris Nichols

Imagine winning a super bowl AND having your wife delivering your son on the same day. That’s once in a lifetime. A very unique and rare once in a lifetime. That’s a super bowl baby about to be born.

    Jose Carranza

    He missed the birth too.
The baby was born before he got there.

    TumidBobcat

Just making it to the superbowl is a once in a lifetime thing, having his baby be born that same night is crazy

    Iron Maiden

And they named their boy “Champ”. That’s fantastic.

    mario flores

    He name his kid CHAMP

    2000music

He missed it but he saw it on FaceTime

Matthew Topping

Stafford asking OBJ how the pass was and him replying with “well eli used to throw..” was the funniest part by far

    Ness Givens

    I shed a tear

    Michael Dean

    love to see it

    2000music

    That was funny

35:57 – 36:17 “Was that 4th down” – Shock, relief, then kneels and taps out the 12 years of frustated football, not to mention the insurmountable pressure put on him this year to win it all. I can’t express how happy I am for Matthew Stafford. They ALL fought so hard this season and deserved that moment.

    Adam Black

McVay grabbing Stafford during that sequence will forever put tears in my eyes.

    Ed P

The helmet timed perfectly wit the soundtrack too. Perfect.

    lee laural

that was something seeing him kneel down ….very happy for him…..seems like a good and decent person. This was the good and decent players superbowl, nice for a change.

    Xboxlove1

When I stopped watching football Stafford was throwing 500 yard games and Detroit was going winless seasons

    Control Games

@Ed P so was when Jamaar slammed his helmet to the ground lol

dudebro

Man, after OBJ went down the momentum shifted so much. Van Jefferson isn’t nowhere near OBJ, all the other TE’s on the Rams had butterfingers all of a sudden, running game was non-existent the whole game. The defense held it until the offense decided to go all Stafford/Kupp in the last drive. I gotta hand it to Stafford for having the mental fortitude to still produce such a game-winning drive like he did.

    Bean Team 2

    @KT1925 Ω can’t catch

    ttoommssmmiitthh

Jefferson looked terrible. With Beckham coming back and woods back, Idk if Jefferson will be part of this team next year.

    savannah

@Bean Team 2 the rams are 6th in grown players, they have a great coaching staff so they can make him good

    Bean Team 2

    @savannah I don’t think so

    ImAmSwink

@Bean Team 2 you gotta think about it a little, he’s a young dude and was all of a sudden was thrown into a very important position, this was probably the biggest game he’s ever been in and the most pressure, not every dudes a chase yk? I’m still mad at Ben, but he’ll develop

Rubin Turner

Bengals had so many cool players from Burrow to Mixon to McPherson. Higgins Chase. Rams too. Shame someone had to lose. There was so many things we can look at to this game. It was great.

    Seth Cox

Its cool how everyone had to root
    for both teams

    So Done

Would’ve been greater if Bengals had of won like they should have won. 😒

    Rubin Turner

@Seth Cox yep I think it was hard for me to root for the rams being a niners fan but I did pull for obj and Aaron Donald they were so well deserving. And Cupp is awesome too.

Andy Pal

The quality of these mic’d up videos is absolutely insanely good. Major props to whatever team of people works on making these

    Nick Pags

    NFL Films is unmatched

    Rex Yoshimoto

Really shows how evenly matched they were.

Reece Knutsen

The whole last 5 minutes had me tearing up, didn’t want either team to win or lose but seeing the rams celebrate was so emotional

Silkysmooth420

I don’t watch the NFL, but this is the pinnacle of Youtube content. Heck, it’s the pinnacle of any sports media coverage. Outstanding work. All involved should be immensely proud.

3:06 “It’s on us man. Up top. This whole damn thing. Put it in your mind. Let’s be physical. We a family, and as this game goes we gonna get closer and closer in this circle. Cause you know what the best part about today is? All we gotta do is be us.”

This is Andrew Whitworth, the oldest lineman to win a Super Bowl (40). His speech got me fired up. Hope everyone has a great day.

BamaDonDon04

That “best daddy ever” at the end was worth it all!! If this sport and those moments don’t MOVE YOU.. go get checked for a soul!!!! Congrats to the dudes who laid it on the line play after play.. and finally HE GETS HIS RING 13YRS later. I would have liked to have seen him an Megatron win one. But it is what it is!!!! Congrats boys, world CHAMPS 🏆💯!!

    Kevin Kosturik

No hate, just a question… Why does everyone keep saying world champs when there’s only American teams in the league? Is that just a football and baseball thing?

    Deven Robinson

@Kevin Kosturik Baseball because the MLB has scouts in all different countries trying to get them to come to the big leagues over here. NFL to a lesser extent they will try to get some rugby players to come over and scout players from high school at a young age. It’s lesser for the NFL because of the training from middle school through high school to college and then some players go to smaller semi pro leagues.

Jerry D.

2:31 “Coach Weddle” has a really nice ring to it, and he absolutely shows it here with OBJ. Some might say that defenses win championships, I like to think that having leaders like Mr. Weddle and Mr. Donald, Mr. Stafford and others in the locker room wins rings, way to go Los Angeles.
Btw Bengals fans in regard to 23:20 and what transpired next, Mr. Aaron Donald’s response inspired this quote…”I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.”

    Riff Raff

    Weddle the ultimate hype man

    Jeff Henry

    Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto… Very appropriate.

Nick Pezley

Sean Mcvay tellin every player multiple times how much he loves them is what makes great teams great

    Barry Kime

The man is telling nothing but the truth. Great guy. One mighty good coach.

    Brian Vanasse

It’s just like my high school jv football team we work like brothers and we play like brothers

Lorenzo Sarmiento Ramírez-Escudero

Best Mic’d Up (and that is a big standard) Ever. Amazing during all 40 minutes. Congrats to the producers and to the players and coaches who live so much the game and make you realize what a wonderful sport this is.

    BobboYoop

Stafford in some of best mic’d up of all time. “Hey I can play right? That’s a Timeout, I can play. You need me to throw, I can throw”, “Clock it!” (lol vs Cowboys!)

Corey

“What really matters is we’re going to Disneyland tomorrow!” Matthew has his priorities straight! 😂 Also, such a perfect way to end the video- “you’re the best daddy ever!”

    Emman Guevarra

    MangoMan

It’s because Disney sponsors the Super Bowl and every quarterback says it when the win cause they’ll get paid for saying it at least from what I’ve heard

    Super Joshua World

Yes, that ending was so heartwarming!

Stanley

This was Great! Every cut excellent, here’s a few I tagged
0:20 Aaron Donald in a few years
6:37 Rams get it going
6:57 Whit Spit Luck Charm (7:21 pass with music)
7:51 OBJ Roasts Stafford
9:45 How? (Chase beats Ramsey makes even better catch)
11:57 Darrel Henderson (3rd string RB) surprise return also 24:27
15:03 Mixon Dime
19:52 Halftime Show
21:01 Higgin’s TD (Ramsey beat with a facemask)
23:17 Donald matches Bengals playing to the edge of legality
22:33 Rams receivers struggling (other than Kupp and Hendo )
24:39 Fifth tackle for loss
25:40 Hey Von
27:40 Burrow injured and wills himself to health (28:27)
30:14 McVey Legendary Speech
31:19 Crucial 4th down
32:13 Yes it was Interference (pulls Kupp to a stop and buckles leg)
32:25 Targeting (why isn’t that a TD??? lands inbounds)
IMO Bengals were doing the right thing to win as Kupp was the only one beating them and refs did the right thing to throw flags. Unfortunately makes it hard for people who don’t understand what was happening or were wearing fan goggles.
“The most important question how’s Cooper Kupp doing?” Ram’s announcer after concussion type blow
32:50 McVey still trusts Kupp to get it done
34:13 Best coach pumps up the defense for final stand
35:03 The Wall (Gaines and Donald)
35:31 The Football Gods (was this preordained by God though? ask Kupp)
37:24 Gatorade Shower A’Shawn – Sean
37:41 “I wanted this so bad” 99
39:29 Kids and Family
40:39 Trophy
40:53 Best Dad

Alejandro

Might be one of the only Super Bowls where I didn’t root for anyone. And I just want them both of them to play the best they could. Amazing game by both of them. Rams and Stafford deserve it. Bengals have a bright future ahead of them.

    Mar_kers

yeah since i love both teams
