Only had 2 sacks but his pressure was all over! The first play where Burrow was shoved out, Donald got credit for a sack.
@Adam Moreira so the he had 3 sacks technically? Cause he definitely had 2 clear sacks that game winning one and the one in the 3rd where he just bullied his man.
Someone wrote that on the last play, Donald decided that it was time for the game to be over, so he made it happen.
Aron Donald is the best player in the NFL. He dominated this game in the 2nd half. 2 consecutive stops by him on 3rd and 1 plus 4th and 1 on a run play and pass play to end the game.

Consecutive stops with 1 yard to gain to win a super bowl, and he did it all by himself both times. That is the definition of defensive dominance, best to ever play the position

Donald was consistently doing great for most of the game Kupp turned it on in the 2nd half

@ctrlaltcreate no Donald should’ve been the mvp period! He literally saved the Rams from losing. 8 catches for 98 yards & 2 td’s was not as impressive as what Donald did while being doubled & sometimes triple teamed!
@aesir1 ases Beckham drew defensive attention and made plays and had a TD before he got hurt, so both Donald and Kupp had other playmakers on their side of the ball contributing.

Super Bowl should start doing Offensive and Defensive MVP. Kupp is well deserving for sure. AD99 came up with his biggest plays when it mattered the most.
Needs to be a Offensive and Defensive MVP Award for the Super Bowl, this is the Ultimately Team Sport and too often Defensive Players are not acknowledged enough. Kupp and Donald are worthy of MVP!
Yeah, People focus to much on who gets the points and not enough on who stops the other team from getting them. This is not the NBA where you play both sides, so why do offensive players get treated like they`re doing it all.

The sack on 3rd down in the red zone was amazing. The way he just powered his way to the sack was insane.
Coming from a former D-lineman in High School: These are my two favorote plays in the Superbowl! I love when the D-Line gets love for once! Game isn’t won till its won on the line of scrimmage!
