This was the first time we scored at least 50 points since 2012. Even though we won’t make the playoffs, I’m glad to see the return of how good we were in 2017.

@NFLEditsCF and yet the cardinals, who were looking like super bowl favorites or at least a deep playoff run this year got smacked by them so your point is irrelevant. lions whether they’re 2-12 or 12-2 are still a professional football team despite their record so the seahawks smackin them shows the nfl that they belong in pro football just as much as every other team does

The hardest playing losers. Here in Detroit we have a saying. SOL= same old lions. The Ford doesn’t care about winning so it’s something we don’t watch much unless you’re part of the team in some way

@Killian, the seahawks is the team with the band wagon and them “fans” will hold on for 8 or 9 years at least. Belive me i live in the heart of seahawks country. I had to explain to a self proclaimed seahawk super fan how college players couldnt just go play where they wanted upon graduation. AND if you ask 10 of them today to name 10 seahawk players that played today, 7 of them will say Percy Harvin before they get to #9. Guaranteed!. Lol

Not only that, but to use Percy harvin as the example was just dumb. He played for seattle for just 6 games in 2013-2014 So if a seattle fan DID say Percy harvin, that would mean that they have been a fan for at least almost a decade AND remembered a player who was only brought in during the playoffs to return kicks. I mean you really couldn’t name another more relevant or better known Seattle player?
Lofa tatupu, Greg Baldwin, golden tate, kj wright, marshawn lynch. All had a better career in seattle and would be more know by the basic fan base over someone like Percy harvin

@Boot Scootin Lam Our defense is better than it seems before today, we are ranked second in points allowed per drive. That stat doesn’t even incorporate time of posession either. Our defense had to battle the time of posession, and deal with fatigue, and they still held up okay. It was our offense going three and out over and over and over giving our defense yet another chance to slip. But overall, they didn’t slip, they low key carried the Seahawks offense this year even in the close losses. You cannot argue that our defense held up incredibly well in points allowed. I think we were ranked 4th before this game in points allowed. Pretty amazing when the Seahawks defense has taken more snaps than any other team in the NFL. Focus the O line like you said, pray for Penny to stay healthy, and let DJ Dallas build on his ypc and ypg, 3.2ypc rookie year and 4.3 or something this year. Maybe he will build on that. Travis Homer too, his numbers are actually crazy if you look em up. So oline and run game figured out, hopefully we can figure out the scheme on offense, if we do even keep Shane. We are so close to being so much better than this. We need a CENTER. Im just terrified of losing any of the following: Russ, Bobby, Quandre, and forgetting someone..

@Peter Sobowale, which we shouldn’t have been. Maybe for the 4th quarter but not the whole second half. The Seahawks have proven they can get beat by anyone on the road or at home. They need to keep their foot on the gas the whole game.
@Peter Sobowale They played man and zone. I saw some very soft zone (Prevent Defense) here and there in the 3rd but 4th quarter it was around 40-50%.

@Jim Joneston Brooks is actually more suited to playing middle linebacker than outside. He’s stronger against the run than in coverage, which is more suited to a mlb.
@Corvus 2 I honestly don’t think Jody Allen is going to make such drastic moves just yet, she’s only been owner for a year. I think we’re going to do Wagner just like KJ Wright. What did we do after KJ had his best year of a Seahawk? Didn’t resign him. They’re getting older and slower but want to get paid. We will save a bunch of cap room not signing him. Pete will bring in some project player that will most likely not work out lmao.

@Caliado my nana when I was 10 bought me a Seahawks cardigan blue with green and I loved it. From then on I played John madden NFL game and follow the hawks ever since, maybe on day I’ll get over to see a game 👌👌

Seahawks showed class and good sportsmanship at the very end by taking a knee and not trying to run up the score.
the last thing you should ever associate with the seahawks is class.a truly classless organization.players,coaches,and especially fans.from top to bottom,literally the bottom of the barrel

This was a hell of a game by two teams that could have phoned it in knowing they had nothing to gain from it for the season. However they showed true professionalism and class in going out there and giving their fan base and football fans period one hell of a show. This is the football I love to watch.
As a Lions fan, this team, despite the record, is so much better to watch and cheer for than any of the Patricia seasons. There is a spirit and a fight in this team that hasn’t been there in a long time. Also, Amon-Ra St. Brown is a future Pro Bowler, I’m calling it now. Just tenacious and able to make big plays!
Seahawks fan here. Amon-Ra is amazing. Weren’t for Ja’Marr, he would be seriously in contention for OROY. But he’ll definitely make the All-Rookie team.
@Chris K I had Amon-Ra AND Penny and still lost, due to Dalvin Cook, Matt Gay, and the Cowboys D (which were amazing the whole season, but laid an egg this week).
@Luís Guilherme Fernandes Pereira sorry to hear that man! Crazy that Amon-Ra and Penny combined weren’t enough for you. I had the cowboys defense too which got me to the Superbowl to begin with. I was able to squeak out a win cause the Browns coach decided not to run Chubb when it counted lol
