What’s missing ? How about a real GM. How about a real qualified person running our cap. How about we have a philosophy on what type of team we are building and stop signing jags and overpaying average talent. How about we hire legit coaches and let them build their own roster. Nah just more of cap boy Jones and senior pimp Jones. Spend no money , bring in no real talent , and forget winning the Superbowls. Straight garbage !! Boycott Jones family football.
