We need a coach that can fire these players up…not moan and groan on the sidelines with a clipboard in hand
@K G lol 🤣 After this year, McCarthy has the cred to have coached the most undisciplined Cowboys team in history, being the number 1 most penalized team in the NFL. His time management and analytics were atrocious as well.
@Larry Melear what the hell is he supposed to do about Randy Gregory body slamming a dude with the game on the line? Or linemen who jump offsides or conor williams having the reflexes of a sloth?
@K G You tell me what McCarthy is supposed to do, he’s the coach? Pre snap penalties are on the coach, quit making excuses for the coaches. Funny how Landry, J Johnson and Parcells didn’t have these problems when they coached. McCarthy just wanted to have that buddy-buddy relationship with his players. McCarthy is atrocious as a HC, his time management and analytics sucked all year.
How can you fire up players when the coaches aren’t even allowed to coach cause they are all puppets to their owner.

He’s will not hire anyone that will threaten his position as the football mind in control. Jerry is simply the worst Coach in the league.
If McCarthy is half the Head Coach he thinks he is then he should already know to address problems and make changes after EVERY game during the season and NOT after the season is over ! 😡
@Kendal Greene they didn’t get the targets man. How are they supposed to do anything when they don’t get the ball. That’s crazy.
@Tony Perdue he struggles with differentiating the difference between a owner and GM. It’s that simple. Playing football and calling plays on what you see is that simple but the part that makes it hard, is understanding your teams weakness and them not performing their duties.
Kellen needs to go. Hope someone else hires him.

@Silent 1 he looking for plays dak can run he and linehan had to dumb down their play calling and playbook for dak the plays dak can run defenses know them that’s why they say the play calling is predictable because dak
People can say Kellen is “a smart creative guy” but there is a difference between that & being a great play-caller. If he goes I’ll be good with it 🤷♂️💯
Change starts with you Jerry. Stop talking so much and giving headlines to our opponents every week. That’s not your job. It’s the coaches job to get his players fired up behind the scenes and displaying their swagger and tenacity on the field.
Jerry doesn’t give material to the other team. He just talks too honestly too much of the time about his players and coaches

I’m not letting Kellen Moore or Mike McCarthy oof the hook especially Mike. If it were not for Dan Quinn as DC this team this year would have not even made the playoffs period 🙄

Penalties are caused by a lack of discipline, Discipline should be enforced by a leader. Mike McCarthy did not display leadership. This is not Jerry’s fault, but as the owner it’s his responsibility to hold the leader he appointed accountable. If he does not, it’s his failure. This year is McCarthy’s fault, but if Jerry does not act and it happens the up coming season it’s Jerry’s fault………….

Jerry Jones brought in a huge number of very talented football players.
Been a Dallas fan since 1990 and this was one of the most talented teams I’ve seen.
The culture seems off someplace that the players think penalties won’t be called on them.
So glad to know Jerry actually feels the fans pain. A lot of us feel that every year we just have to deal with disappointment and just see our coaches clapping and saying “Next year.” We want the leaders to be pissed off and want to hear them share our disappointed.
If he felt it, he’d fire mike and Moore.

Jerry truly believes he has assembled the best team in football and is pretty much summarily blaming his coaches! As he has from Chan Gailey onward
