There becomes a point in which the confident-self does not have the answers and so I leave it here for the true confident to solve. I humbly leave A clean napkin for the hungriest to use as they feed their families because the parent has to sacrifice in order for their love ones to benefit from the fruits of their virtues.

The man with such knot of wisdom, with such degree from planet fantasia, would claim that a deal with only time and a drill-bit, would result in the construction of something strong enough to withstand the demand of the responsibility one beholds. I.e hamstrings. Perhaps, the stingy hold-on to meaningless words, as if it were the only thing making the beholder be seen as more valuable; when, the very words one wants to profit from, belong to all before the i, since everyone is deserving of the truth to be set free.

I suppose by definition, I resemble with the green goblin or that of a villain. One believes to be the hero in the attempt of unlocking the shackles but little does the absolutist know, that as an absolute hero one perceives himself to be, a villain is unmasked.

I would want my professional to do as they please, at will, and most importantly free from the conditions one needs to be accepted by. To become accepted unconditionally because as much as one claims X player doesn’t deserve Such and such, would overlook how valuable one game, one practice, one day, one play, and one step is. To say that the material purchased is faulty, would be a fallacy. Rather, I propose that it is the carpenter using the materials, as his means to his end, whom is the rightful owner of whatever was created. Perhaps then the conversation should veer away from blaming the body (player) who’s clearly shackled by their mind (coach). I’m not calling for anyones responsibly or attention for that matter, but rather to hold a conversation about the importance of the mind-body connection as one travels through space. I.e sprinting.

I also leave here a replaceable paper plate for the chef to use on whatever prisoner of the moment one desires to feed. Figuratively speaking, for my inner literalist.

Briefly, I’m sure the special À la carte is roasted ham, but this special is all but special. The only good thing about the Indy speed way was the showcase of the athletes sprinting. Some ran as if they were hungry and others ran as if they finished eating, but the point was to note the limits of the lower body strength during the fourth quarter. I may not fully understand fatigue and how not everyone is gifted with natural afterburners, but those who forcefully work to obtain that horsepower must work efficiently.

Depending on the perspective, It wouldn’t make sense for an athlete to be pressed on the line of scrimmage when the turf behind x player, is (greater than) that which can be sprinted without breaking sprinting form. Breaking form is an indication of weakness but very natural and normal. At the micro level, to identify where form breaks, simply look at the torque of the foot, relative to the ground. If turf pellets rise, the form is positive; if the pellets fly away from the sprinter, the form is negative by fatigue or a lack of equilibrium within the lumbar section. The true strength lies in the march, vertical strides while the body is angled to gain momentum but not too forward where the turf monster eats one or having wide strides that hit the limit of the center of gravity. Lastly, to get a better understanding of the center of gravity, navigate any racing circuit with the chin tucked-in & having a thoracic extension. I.e keep your heads high but on a swivel.

Which leads me to the notion of a hand-off and how the bond between both parties has to be enough to make the transition seamless. Furthermore, one could speak of a first threat, in which the first threat is always oneself and then the opponent. Next is the spacing between both parties of the relay, much like the Olympic Rings: for the next ring to take off, the ring itself must allow the previous ring to get in-touch with the successor. An example that gives way to the integration of such abstract, is that of A goblin thats green. To which can only sprint for 20ish yards before their from breaks. One would assume that the material is faulty but perhaps sprinting isn’t his specialty, rather, his endurance for availability is his strength and so, the hand-off is worthwhile to save energy. Now if one decides to start with a distance advantage, the key will be in the timing of when to begin sprinting (hand-off) and most importantly, the initial rate of acceleration heading to the curve and staying constant until the break of the curve, to begin full throttling.

The successor then, is that who can cover the distance after the form is broken by the former. Again, not because of the formers perceived inabilities but because his true ability. To take the baton of responsibility and run with it, requires practice, and I’m sure that the anchor of the hand-off is ready for the responsibility this week. All in the pursuit of using every players strength to the teams advantage, like that of a puzzle, and not leaving behind those who’s responsibility may be heavier than expected.

It’s not that certain plays aren’t effective, it’s that the tangent taken from the circle is not even a straight line, therefore making any play more difficult. Also not knowing each other’s waistline is not taking advantage of every inch of the field. One waistline-length is the equivalence to a free yard, and one must take what they give you. The angles and leverages aren’t conditioned due to it practically being 1A.D, so it’s easy to be harsh but I’d be doing a disfavor by not giving one the truth. Waiting won’t build anything and this team looks eager to build something I cannot fathom.

In short, Keep moving because nothing is worse than knowing you could have avoided disaster by simply finishing until the whistle has been blown. Reading all this gives my guppy mind a headache and so, I salute my fellow sprinter whom has to hold many roles as they sprint to the finish.
