Pay X with incentives. If he performs, he gets paid. If not, he doesn’t. He can’t keep asking for a new contract. At some point he has to just play. That TV time must have got to his head. Did the D player of the year as for a new contract? Had anyone else outplayed their contract? He’s the only one? Or is he just selfish? If he’s selfish, he’s hurting the locker room. Trade him while he’s hot.
He’s not gonna take the incentive based deal because he wants guarantees, especially with his injury history. I think a trade should be seriously considered, and if they’re offered two firsts it’s a no brainer.

Coach Flo is the best thing thats happened to Miami Dolphins in a longgg time. Him and Grier is a perfect combo that brought some stability to this franchise and def a much needed culture change.
