About time we r hearing from this guy. So excited for Lafleur as our OC. It’s clear this guy is a future HC. Hope he stays with us for a few years before then..
Would definitely like to have him for a few years but it would be A DREAM for our OC to move onto a head coach position somewhere else
If he gets us to the playoffs this year and the offense is ranked top 15 he definitely getting hired as a head coach

The way this entire staff can communicate with the media certainly makes me believe they can communicate with the players, and that will be the biggest determining factor for long-term success. Their intelligence and self-awareness is obvious. I’m so sold on everyone they’ve brought in. Front office, coaches, players. The foundation is there for a successful process to play out over the next 3-4 years

This guy is great. Players will play for him. I think that even the most junior coach on this staff would have/is better than Gase has ever been. I’m excited to see them all put it together

Finally get to hear something from coach LaFleur! He and that offense is what intrigues me the most . I know there’s gonna be some growing pains but overall I don’t know why but I have a great feeling this year. I just wanna see us put a little more emphasis on the offense this year and give Zach all the opportunities to succeed.
its so refreshing hearing coaches that talk and know football unlike he who shall not be named last year. its literally the exact opposite of the bullshit we have had to deal with the past 2 years and more.
